Very disappointed with Meraki Mooroolbark. Emailed on May 1st and 4th again regarding a tour and enrolment for my kids —no response. Called on the 8th again understanding how busy they can be, was told the Centre Director would call me back by a Stacey I recall —still nothing by the 10th (heading into the weekend centre is obviously closed) . This poor communication reflects what could happen if you had concerns about your child’s wellbeing. If they can’t reply now, I wouldn’t trust them to respond when it really matters especially when my kids are to enrol there. Poor communication skills like this from businesses makes me glad I found out before enrolling my child. Would not recommend.

Very Friendly staff. Provides regular updates on the App with activity photos. Always available to answer any queries.

We love Meraki. Our son is always coming home with new skills and the photos show him having a great time with friends and staff. They are community focused and have special visitors and outings to show the children different things. He also eats much better there than at home!

Such a brilliant daycare! My two children are constantly being supported by a kind, caring and compassionate team of staff. We are beyond grateful to have a village like Meraki assisting us in those early years of development! Thank you!!

my son has been attending Meraki since 4 months old, he is now 3.5yrs, there has been a lot of staff change over but it has been for the better. The team they have now are great and I cannot fault them. I can rely on them to keep me up to date about how my son's day went and even get phone calls when there has been incidents. I had even been lucky enough to work there whilst I was pregnant with my son. Meraki Team, keep up the great job. Your pride and care doesn't go unnoticed.

Best childcare around my son started there 2 years ago and have never had a issue loving educators always going above and beyond for my son the growth he has shown over two years is amazing started in the baby room and now has started 3 year old kinder there this year he loves going ! My youngest son has also started this year and is settling in amazing! everyone at the centre is so caring and really put the effort in to build a relationship with the children So glad my children have such an amazing place to go and learn 💙💙

Cannot fault the Meraki team, from top down the service offers complete peace of mind, a safe, friendly and engaging learning and care environment. My sons needs have always been prioritised, we’ve felt listened to when it come to his routines etc. Walking up to the building your hit with the most delicious smells coming from the onsite kitchen which offers a great range of foods and has helped my fussy eater try and enjoy new foods. The atmosphere in the rooms has always been calm, they offer music and other incursions, are not afraid to let kids get a bit messy playing and creating (a lot of services avoid this to save cleaning up) these guys really have great balance and understand what kids need. They run constant and interesting themed learning activities also… and offer many different ways to provide feedback. As a mother of four and having attended other centers, I cannot express enough how impressed i am with Meraki ELC and all their staff. We have been a part of the Meraki 'family' for nearly four years now and we will be so sad to leave when the time comes. My child just adores his educators and play/learning space. They know my child, his needs, wants, interests, family dynamics and they actually care and are interested which can be quite rare. The center is always cleaned to a very high standard and I ask the chef constantly if she can pack me lunch for work as her cooking smells sooooo good and is just divine and varied! Please Jess!!! :) Thank you to the staff for all the love and support you have shown not only my child, but my family. Each one of you is worth a 5 star plus rating! **********
