Arwon's Little Angels supported my family from when we needed them most. From when my son was 8 months old until now, I've seen him shine and grow, forming beautiful meaningful relationships with other kids and educators. I've always loved the level of open and detailed communication and warmth the centre offers when keeping in touch about daily routines, incidents, updates and personal goals for each child. Since its recent renovation and new resource intake, the centre is looking and feeling even more welcoming and engaging for the kids, with nice open and flexible spaces which the educators always adapt and resource in creative intentional ways. As a teacher myself, I see the effort that Arwons' staff place in creating meaningful enjoyable educational experiences, which makes it all the more worth while. We look forward to seeing what exciting things await in Arwon's as our little man steps into the preschool stage.

My partner and I honestly couldn’t speak higher of the girls at little arwons. From the stay and plays I knew this was the place for my girl. She was only 9 months old when she started and our first so our anxiety was super high leaving her with anyone other than eachother, but ALL the girls made sure to not only make her comfortable but also us. We got regular updates as we settled in to keep our mind at ease. Honestly, their communication is top tier. Now the minute I walk through the doors for drop off, they all know my daughter regardless of whether or not they are in her room. She is loved, she is cared for well, she is settled. And it’s all thanks to the amazing staff. And now the renovations are just an added bonus and the place looks like a brand new centre but with the small centre vibes. We are so grateful for everything and lucky to have gained a spot here for our little girl, watching her thrive with confidence and support is all I could’ve asked for. 5 stars!!

This child care centre is horrendous. AVOID. It is filthy dirty, disorganised, and has rapidly been declining in quality since new ownership and especially the new director! Genuine feedback isn’t listened to. They can’t hold onto to their staff. Every thing about it screams ‘run’ The old owners used to know me by name. We don’t even know what the news ones look like. The area director is a piece of work too. I would NOT recommend.

Unfortunately, in the past year there has been a noticeable decline in the quality of care that this school provides, reflected in the high staff turnover. Age groups which were previously separated are now merged into one, and support services that should be in place appear not to be. Most concerningly, based on our family’s experience, children have at times been unfairly blamed for issues that seem to stem from broader disorganisation and lack of resourcing. A disappointing decline of a once well-regarded centre.

Arwon's is a small, home-style centre that I absolutely recommend to local parents. They were fantastic helping my first child transition into daycare. The staff are very warm, patient and kind. They take the time to really get to know the kids and work with each of them to support their growth. I find I get a genuine update at the end of the day when I talk to teachers (not just fake ticking boxes in an app and a platititude). We moved my 3yo to another centre for a period of ~8 months (for more days/ proximity) and I ended up recently pulling my kid back out and returning to Arwons because I missed the quality of care. It may be a smaller, older centre (without the apparent bells and whistles of some for profit ones) but I've never had to question the care, supervision or safety levels for my kid. No random bruises, multiple bites a week or concerning chaos at dropoff/pickup times. Professionalism and standards of the team is miles ahead of the newer centre we exited. Though, I must acknowledge some recent turnover in preschool room and opportunities for improving the educational programming (no full time ECT at the moment), my kid and I are both so happy to back with the Arwons team who offer a genuinely stable, positive environment. My daughter's confidence has grown in leaps and bounds since returning. Arwon's has recently been acquired and I hope the new owner will invest to provide better support for the retention of staff, level-up the preschool programming and upgrade some of the "well-loved" facilities.

Arwon’s Little Angels Childcare is amazing! The staff are so kind and caring, and our child has grown so much since starting here. It’s a warm, safe, and fun environment. We couldn’t be happier and highly recommend it to other families!
