Will constantly add on fees and not allow you to pay fortnightly. My daughter has never settled and cries continuously when she has to attend the centre. They also expect four weeks notice to leave the centre. Highly do not recommend.

We couldn’t be happier with this daycare. The staff genuinely care about the children and it really shows. My child started in the baby room and was slowly transitioned into the toddler room, which made such a difference and ensured she wasn’t overwhelmed when starting daycare at 18 months. She has learned so much and always comes home happy. We feel very lucky to be part of such a wonderful centre. Ps love the daily updates of their day with photos

I am extremely disappointed and deeply concerned with the care at this daycare. My 5-month-old baby was left without a bottle for the entire day, from drop-off in the morning until pick-up in the afternoon. I only discovered this because I had to call to ask, as no updates were provided. This level of neglect is completely unacceptable and put my child’s health at risk. What makes this even worse is that since raising the issue, my phone calls and emails have been ignored. There has been no accountability, no apology, and no reassurance that changes will be made. As a parent, I entrusted this center with my baby’s wellbeing, and that trust has been broken beyond repair. No family should have to worry about whether their infant is being fed or whether serious concerns will be brushed aside. I would strongly caution any parent considering this daycare.

We have just started with KEL and cannot express how helpful and caring the whole team has been. My little one feels so comfortable in this space and we both couldn’t be happier! I love that he is always feeling safe and happy here. Mel is absolutely amazing and so helpful as well as the educators that are so hands on with my little one to help him with all his learning and social needs. So grateful for this space and everyone amongst it!!

My son has been attending Karratha Early Learning for the last 6 months. The staff in the toddler room have been so amazing! They have helped my son transition from only staying a few hours in the morning to staying and having his day nap in the centre. We are always welcomed with smiley faces and upbeat staff who make us feel so safe and comfortable leaving our son in their care! Communication is amazing and they have always kept us on the loop during the day while my son transitioned. Our son is always excited on the days when he has school! We couldn’t ask for more from everyone at KEL!

I would like to thanks all the educators of Karratha early learning , my daughter started from babies room then toddler and now kindy she has been well looked after for the past 2years and created a trusting relationship with the teams , they have been helping her with her growth motor skills also learn how to be around others kids and organised , she understands why it’s important to share with others and she is using all her skills at home witch makes her be independent and love playing with her dolls , doing some crafts or pretending to read a book , I love that !!! She has learned so much through daycare :) A last thing regarding their routine it’s has been really helpful as they teaches them how to falls asleep on their own witch makes mum life so much easier

AMAZING!! I highly recommend the centre, theyre impeccable communication, kind and friendly staff present a very well organised centre. My child is absolutely thriving since moving to Karratha Early Learning 5 months ago. Well equipped rooms with functional safe spaces for children to play and learn. They have a fantastic app to keep updated with my childs activities throughout the day. No regrets moving my child here, he sleeps so much better and has learnt so many new skills. Its evident that the staff love their jobs and take the utmost care in providing a loving and supportive experience for the children and families too!

I can't rate KEL highly enough. My son has thrived since being there and they are able to give him opportunities to learn, experience and socialise that he wouldn't get at home with us. He loves going and we love the regular pictures and updates on his day via the app. The staff are super helpful and always willing to amend their approach to his individual needs.

When our son turned 18 months, we thought it would be good for him to socialize in daycare a few days a week. New to town and worried about rumors of centers being full, we toured multiple places, and KEL stood out far beyond the rest. The staff was the point of difference for us, and Sarah really took the time to explain everything and make us feel welcomed. My husband and I both left with the gut feeling that KEL was for us! Securing a spot was a very smooth process, and Sarah and her team have been incredibly supportive through this new transition for our family. We highly recommend KEL to anyone considering childcare.

At first i was hesitant to send our kids based on past reviews, but upon the registration and tour the process was so easy and the staff made the transition smooth. We have been there almost a year and each day my kids still get super excited to go to 'school'. The staff are AMAZING, the food they are fed looks delicious and healthy & we are constantly getting updated on their days
