Our daughter has been attending this centre for almost three years, and the experience has been nothing short of outstanding. From day one, the environment has felt warm, safe, and genuinely nurturing — the kind of place where children are not only cared for, but truly seen and supported as individuals. A special thank you to Cee, Bella, Sophie, and Chantelle. Each of them has played a meaningful role in our daughter’s growth. Their patience, creativity, and kindness shine through in everything they do. They take the time to connect, to encourage, and to celebrate every milestone, big or small. It’s clear how much they care, and it has made such a positive impact on her confidence and development. We’re incredibly grateful for the dedication of the whole team. Knowing our daughter has been surrounded by such capable and compassionate educators has given us so much peace of mind. I couldn’t recommend this centre more highly.

The best daycare I’ve ever come across! My boys love it so much and we have always felt like we are apart of a big family being there. The educators have a genuine care for each child which you don’t find everywhere! Miss Bella especially has always helped our boys feel right at home while being there!

My son has been attending Leaps & Bounds for nearly 2 years now, so I feel qualified to give a review! TL;DR, this place is clearly well-run and the educators go above and beyond. Our son didn't start daycare til he was 3, and we were a bit worried he would have a hard time adapting. But thanks to Cee and Bella in the Froglets class, he adapted in no time and really came out of his shell socially. He started initiating play with other kids in public which was a big step, and in general just became more confident. It was a big step and he couldn't have done it without the guidance of the staff at L&B. One thing I love about the educators here is they are of course, gentle and nurturing. But they also encourage risky play and do not tolerate too many shenanigans. A bit of structure is important! This last year, when he moved up to Frogs (kindy), he's again been blessed with great educators. Sophie and Chantal run the kindy show and are both clearly highly invested in the kids success. Our son is confident and excited to tell us about all the activities and themed learning they do each week. It takes a lot of time and effort to plan these things and it doesn't go unnoticed. All of the supporting educators have also been great, in our experience. Kym and Greta are a couple names we hear often at home, but everyone I interact with at L&B has been lovely. Finally, Georgia (who runs the centre), never misses a beat. To us, she's been extremely helpful always, and on top of that she also gets involved with the kids often. Our son adores her.

From our very first visit to Leaps and Bounds it just felt right. The staff are so friendly and welcoming, the rooms are light, open and clean and the outdoor area is great for running, jumping and having fun! My son loved having Miss Sophie as his kindy teacher. We will miss everyone there when he graduates to Prep!

Great friendly daycare, my son attended and was always cared for and loved. Have a number of friends who also have taken their kids here and are exceptionally happy with the centre and staff.

Haydn loved it at this daycare, the carers were always supportive, friendly and caring. As with every business there had been discrepancies but these were quickly resolved with Sarah and Georgia at the helm. Great staff, atmosphere and family environment.

*edit again to add - now they refuse to communicate with me and still haven't cancelled my son's enrollment - I cancelled with "last day" of 18/7/25, it is now 1/10/25 and this enrolment is still active with Centrelink and I have asked about 10 times now when L&B cancelled this and they won't even reply. *edit to add* centre attempted to charge me over $900 when i advised of 2 weeks notice to leave. Do not trust these people. They also advised prior to leaving they could do a transition statement or "anything to assist" and now suddenly can't do anything except sending me fabricated bills 🤷🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️ *Original review* So very glad I found this absolute gem! My boy (almost 3) was settled here within days. The educators really get to know each child (even with great questions in enrollment) to help mold their learning journey. The staff will really work with you in any way they can to make your parenting journey easier too. I can't thank this centre enough.

We are so happy we found Leaps and Bounds Parklands! It is so comforting to see our little one so happy. The facilities and outdoor area are amazing. And the staff are so caring and make our little one feel very welcome. Would highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My son absolutely adores this daycare. After underwhelming experiences at other childcares, it’s amazing to see the interactions he now has in an environment he truly feels confident in. The staff go above and beyond for him and he loves walking into daycare every morning to open arms.

Awesome Childcare Centre! My kids love it. You can instantly tell there is a great culture amongst the staff that flows through the entire centre, which in return results in my children having fulfilling and highly enjoyable days! 💯% Recommend
