This childcare is amazing, the team is very caring, patient super supportive with my niece, my niece loves coming here. Educators are very dedicated and truly understanding each child’s needs. As a first-time mum, I was really worried about leaving my son at daycare, but the educators made everything so much easier. Highly recommend this daycare centre. I had my kids their for a few months for after school care, and only took them out as we no longer needed the extra help. But if we ever need OOSC again, I would have no hesitation in enrolling them back in. The management and staff are wonderful, caring and attentive. We had a traumatic experience in the past at another local daycare, so my children had A LOT of anxiety around daycare, but the staff and management were all so patient and warm with both my children

Its a beautiful centre especially outdoors . My 3 and 5 year old have been attending over a year and love going each time. Staff are welcoming and lovely towards the children. I'm greatfull for the flexibility, whenever I need extra days. I also love that they upload photos with a description of their day each time. My 3 year old enjoys all the activities at the centre. A wonderful centre! The educators are so friendly and the facility is always clean. The centre Manager, Pooja, regularly organise fun and active excursions during holidays - from trips to nature parks, indoor play centres and even museums. These outings help our child physically active and engaged! :) Also, the daily updates and photos through Xplor app give us peace of mind. Highly recommend!!

We absolutely adore Cuddles Swan View daycare. My daughter has been attending for over a year now, and our experience has been nothing short of incredible. She gets excited about her days at Cuddles, always asking about her friends, both kids and educators. The educators at Cuddles are truly exceptional. They keep us informed throughout the day and have been incredibly supportive throughout my daughter’s various milestones, from picky eating and dummy weaning to toilet training. They provide guidance and support whenever needed. The morning drop-off is often busy but someone is always ready to give my daughter a warm cuddle, making our morning routine a loving and enjoyable experience. The manager, Pooja, is incredibly kind and always happy to help, no matter the question or concern. The education program at Cuddles is exceptional. They’ve put in so much effort and thought into the daily schedule and routine. It helps the kids understand what to expect and when, making learning a positive and enriching experience. My daughter comes home every day with something new and exciting to share! Above all, I know that my daughter is safe, loved, and learning all day long while I’m at work.
