As a solo mum one of the biggest things for me is knowing that when I leave my children in someone else’s care that they are safe, happy & cared for.<br><br>That’s why I’m so grateful for Mr Shaneel ☺️<br>He’s really caring, down to earth & always makes you feel welcome. You can tell his care comes from the heart & not just because it’s his job. My girl adores him she literally comes home sad when he isn’t her educator for the day or when he’s away 🤭 I can tell she feels so safe & happy around him which honestly gives me so much peace. As a mum doing it all on my own having someone like Mr Shaneel in her corner makes such a difference. It means more to me than he probably realises.<br><br>I honestly wish every childcare centre had a manager like Mr Shaneel. I feel so blessed that my kids love coming here & feel so comfortable because it really has become their second home 🥹 knowing they’re happy here means everything to me.. & worth the travel iykyk 🥲🙌🏽<br><br>Thank you Mr Shaneel for everything you do the big things, the little things & everything in between. My kids went there 13 years ago. I will never recommend this place. I had to pull my son out as he was being hurt by a teacher there she was an Indian teacher that was always squeezing his hand so tightly that he always complaining about it so I pulled him out. To the point I found out that she was doing it to other kids. And she was sacked. Please people listen to your child when they say something is not ok

Upon our departure from Jenny’s Kindergarten Riverwood (due to moving out of area) I just want to say thank you to Shae and the beautiful team. During our time here we felt loved, supported and heard. Our son grew leaps and bounds in development. I believe this was mainly attributed to the consistency in routine, communication, low staff turnover and Director Shae’s continual commitment to active learning. If it wasn’t for Shae, I know our experience would not have been the same. Thank you JK Riverwood for a beautiful experience, we will miss you dearly.
Well-established in the local community, Jenny’s Kindergarten and Early Learning Riverwood caters to children aged 6 weeks to 5 years. With strong links to the local community, the educators ensure that every child feels welcome and included. Cultural learning, including embedded Indigenous perspectives, is also an important part of the program at the centre.
The purpose-built centre includes four large rooms, staggered across two levels. The younger children learn downstairs with their classrooms connected to the renovated outdoor play space. The older children learn in the upstairs classrooms. All the rooms are well resourced to meet the needs of the children at different stages of their learning.
The outdoor environment at the centre was designed with an Indigenous theme. The space uses recycled materials and is considerate of the natural environment. Well-shaded, the outdoor area provides opportunities for the children to explore freely as they develop their physical and gross motor skills. The children can choose to play in the gardens, sandpit, mud kitchen or use their imaginations in their daily adventures.
