My son has been attending YMCA ELC for 8 months. The centre has great management, caring educators, and consistently high-quality service. The orientation was challenging due to my child’s condition, but the staff were patient, dedicated, and very supportive. A special thank you to Chandra for her constant support, guidance, kind heart and timely updates. Also, thanks to her amazing team - Ambika and Nahar - as well as the lovely admin Zana. Thanks also to all the other staff who help care for my child even I haven’t named you here! I truly appreciate everything you do. I look forward to continuing our journey with you.

Thank you so much to all of the staff at Derrimut YMCA ELC for making my son and our family feel so welcome as we transition into childcare here. It has been such a positive experience from our first enquiry, to the tour, orientation and now my son about to commence officially. I’m really looking forward to the learning experiences he will have here and know he will be well cared for!

I rarely post reviews but because Both my kids went to YMCA Derrimut and we have had a great experience I’m writing this Just learnt they got exceeding in the audit No doubt they deserved it Congratulations to all the staff and Parents(Kids)

Any other option is a better one! Some great educators although the culture from the top down is not positive. Led by Loveleen, our child failed to get much support. Educators child who attended hitting and biting students, although no support from the centre. The safety of the child is secondary, the income lines primary. A much much happier child at another centre.

so I had a few incidents at this centre - (pretty much when covid started) we had genitals exposed, free haircuts, lots of bruising and a child who cried when I told her she was going to daycare cause she didn't want to go. Most of the staff I had met when we first started 5yrs ago were amazing, Interested in the kids and their job, friendly and welcoming - since then they had a lot of staff leave, new management (twice) and I feel as tho when covid happened a lot of the staff kind of just gave up or made no effort - this centre was once fantastic don't get me wrong they still have some amazing staff there, but it is very limited who is still there. I did raise my concerns a few times and I believe I gave the centre a fair chance but I did decide I had to move on. I believe this centre will be great again they just need the staff, management and to rebuild. due to pricing increases and other circumstances I did have to cease all my kids care from this centre - Thank you Derrimut for all your help over the years and I wish you guys the very best

I have put my child in only 3 months, but I have to signed in the accident form like 4times and over Really bad when they look after the child. Very disappointed
