Have been cancelled on 3 times with extremely late notice. I understand things happen and life can get in the way but surely there is more than 1 person whom can give a tour of the facilities. Not to mention the leave taken only to get cancelled on - little respect for our time.

My little one (who is now 13 months old) has been going to AEE since April 2025 and I have been wanting to leave an honest review for a while but I wanted to wait a little longer to have more to share than just our initial impression of the centre and the team and now I feel that I need to leave a review especially with the very recent horrific news in childcare. so:
Since the phone call to inquire for a tour to walking in the centre the first time for our tour, we felt so welcomed. Dani and Gaya were so warm and welcoming and it felt like I knew them and they were family more than just childcare managers. The building is like a big home rather than a childcare facility in the best way possible. The rooms are smalls with small groups which means that the educators can spend more quality time with all children. It also provides a homey feeling that reinforce my little one's feeling of safety. She always walks around like she's at home going around, exploring confidently.
The prices are the lowest I found in the industry and I was sceptical at first, but it is obvious that the company is all for the children and its staff. They have been so transparent about their fees recent changes and everything. The meals are healthy and yummy since my little one is always eating 2-3 bowls per meals so thank you Melina! My little one always have so many activities to engage in and I appreciate the effort to remain sustainable by using recycled materials when possible. The outdoors also is great with a shared yard for toddlers and babies, with lots of things to do. My little one loves the trampoline, slide, sandpit, all of it! They also provide incursions such as Little Sport Heroes and Music which is amazing. For the price we are charged, I'm impressed by how much they are investing in our children.
But the most important part for me is the team! Starting with Dani, Dani, Shania who were just fantastic and so loving and caring and dedicated. We were sad that they left for personal reasons and wish them all the best. But the whole team has been so sweet and amazing: Aman, Shania, Ama, Shivani, Trinh, and the most recent additions Tess, Moni, Nitika, and everyone. I have worked in the industry myself and I understand the challenges that it represents especially in terms of finding a great dedicated team, especially as personal circumstances often means that staff comes and goes a lot and it is not within the centre's control. However, I am impressed by Gaya and Gowri's abilities to select educators who are passionate and caring. Even though changes are hard and our little one was also affected, I felt at ease knowing that the new educators were professional and caring. Also, they do their best to ensure that a familiar educator is always here at drop off to help ease with the transitions. And when I had concerns about minor issues, they took all my concerns very seriously and ensured it was shared to the whole team and dealt with in a timely manner.
It is a long review but I couldn't recommend AEE highly enough. They are professional, caring and dedicated and we always felt safe leaving our little one with them. so Thank you to the whole team at AEE!

We popped in by chance, had a friend already attending the centre and had the most welcoming and exciting tour that instantly made our decision to choosing this centre for our little one. The staff have always been so caring and kind, our little one absolutely loved his time here. A big thank you to Dani B, Shania and Gaya for always being extremely supportive and providing the most amazing care for our little one. I highly recommend the Academy of Early Education. Leaving your child to a day care center is not easy for most parents, so I am really glad to find one where we have peace of mind knowing that there are good educators that will take care of my kid every time he attends here. Because of the staff members, my kid didn’t only survive kindergarten, I would say he thrived.

After having a few red flags with another childcare company we searched for another option for our daughter. Academy of Early Education outdone all other 3 providers we looked at and was cheaper than all of them, even better! Our daughter has since excelled so much in the short time she’s been there and all the staff are so lovely and immediately communicate everything with you, even the little things. I cannot recommend Academy of Early Education higher, I wish we had enrolled our daughter here to begin with.

We had visit a number of childcares with Academy of Early Education being the last location and we knew right away that this is where we wanted our son to be. Given that he was only 10 months old when we joined we were especially nervous about which childcare to sign him up to. Dani was informative and right away made us feel like it is a very safe space where our son could develop, learn and thrive.
It has been a few months since our family had joined however we know we have made the right decision to sign him up here. All the educators are lovely and caring and we have seen him grow tremendously in such a short time span.
