Our child started recently in Toddler room and we are very happy to see the nurturing environment educators provide to help settle my child. The educators are patient ,kind and communicate well with families. Their play and learning areas are engaging, clean and full of opportunities. Our child look forward to attend every day and comes home excited about what they've learned. A special mention to Centre Director Felila and Assistant Director Paola for always welcoming families with their smile. Keep that up! Would highly recommend Goodstart Taylors Hill .

Both of my children have attended Goodstart Taylors Hill since they were 1 year old, and I couldn’t be happier with the care, support, and nurturing environment provided by the team. The educators always take the time to understand each child’s individual needs and work closely with families to support their development and wellbeing particularly the toddler room. We couldn’t be happier with Goodstart Taylors Hill. Our Braxton has attended since he was 10 months old and is now 3 years old. He absolutely loves going every day and is excited to attend all 5 days each week. The educators genuinely care about the children and treat Braxton so well. We receive daily updates through the app with details about his day, activities, learning experiences, and photos, which gives us great peace of mind. The centre provides nutritious meals and snacks, and communication is excellent. If anything happens during the day, they always call straight away and keep us informed. One of the things we appreciate most is how welcoming all the staff are. Every morning and afternoon we’re greeted with genuine smiles, and they regularly check in with both the children and families. The learning opportunities are incredible. Braxton is always coming home with new facts, skills, and stories about what he has learned. It’s amazing to see how much his confidence, knowledge, and social skills have grown during his time at Goodstart Taylors Hill. The educators in the toddler room are warm, caring, and really attentive to each child’s individual needs. They take the time to get to know the children, encourage their learning through play, and provide a nurturing environment where my little one feels safe and supported. Communication with families is great, with regular updates and photos of what the toddlers are doing. I feel confident leaving my child in their care every day.

Both of my children have been supported in the nursery and toddler room. The educators genuinely know your children. They remember the little things, they're consistent, and they actually communicate with you rather than just handing your child back at the door and calling it done. What's stood out most is that they're actually educating the children, not just supervising them. You can see it in how your children develop and in the intentional way the rooms are set up and run. My wife and I have also felt genuinely supported as parents, which isn't something you can take for granted. When we've had questions or concerns they've been met with real care, not just policy speak. Honestly, they've been pretty exceptional. For families with young children in the area, it's well worth a look.

My son has been attending Goodstart Early Learning Taylors Hill five days a week for over 12 months now, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with our experience. The educators are fantastic. They show genuine care for the children, take the time to build real bonds, and create a warm, nurturing environment that made it so much easier for me to feel comfortable with my son being in care for long days. It’s clear how much thought and effort goes into their play-based learning, and it’s wonderful to see how engaged and supported the kids are. The centre management team has also been an absolute dream to coordinate with. Throughout the time we’ve been attending, they’ve introduced noticeable improvements and have always been approachable, organised, and supportive.
