Adam, Bec, Sonia, Briohny, Suzanne and many more educators have made my sons time at Brightminds fun, engaging and a happy place to spend his days. The team at Brightminds are attentive, kind and constantly looking for ways to continuously improve the facility for the benefit of the children. My son has been at Brightminds since 10months of age and it has been such a happy place for him. 2 years on, he attends everyday bursting with excited about what adventures await him. Thank you for always putting the kids best interests first and providing such a safe and wonderful second home.

Absolutely amazing Kinder and long daycare! There is such a great vibe from the educators, Adam/Bec and team, to the other children, parents and chefs! Our son has been there since about 10 months old and we’ve just moved to the Kinder room. We’re super lucky to have found such a gem when we moved to DC.

Both of my children love attending Brightminds. I love the community/family environment that is provided for us to confidently know that our children are being looked after like their own. Would highly recommend!

Both my children attend this centre, the staff are amazing and consistent, there is very little change in staffing which we love. The staff are friendly, welcoming and loving towards our kids. Adam the manager at the centre is incredibly knowledgeable and always open to feedback. The bush kinder program has been incredible for our 3YO. I feel great about my kids care at BrightMinds ❤️

We started at Brightminds about 6 weeks ago now and could not be happier. We left a previous centre because we weren't happy with our 1 year olds sleep whilst in care and a few other small issues. At Brightminds our daughter sleeps 2 hours everyday, is so happy to walk in and we feel very comfortable knowing she's in the care of the team. We notice the care the team take with her whether it be the cute hairstyles she comes home with or the way her bag always comes back neat, sorted and everything in it. Our daughter has thrived since starting here. We are so happy with Brightminds.

I am extremely disappointed with the childcare provided at this facility. My 6-month-old baby's well-being and feeding schedule were completely disregarded multiple times, leading to serious concerns about their care. Despite providing a detailed routine plan emphasizing feeding intervals, the staff consistently failed to ensure my baby was fed appropriately. There were repeated instances where my child was not offered the scheduled bottle feedings at around noon time, essential for a growing infant's nutritional needs. What's more distressing is that instead of the necessary formula milk, my baby was given puree, neglecting the primary source of nutrients (milk) crucial for a 6-month-old's development. Despite addressing this issue after the first occurrences, the same negligence persisted for 3 times, leaving my baby hungry and improperly nourished until as late as 3 pm. This lack of attention and disregard for a baby's feeding routine is simply unacceptable. I cannot recommend this childcare center to any parent concerned about their child's welfare and proper care. After transitioning my child to a different childcare facility, such incidents never occurred again, highlighting the systemic failure at this establishment.

There are not many words that both my wife and I can share that can describe the warmth, attention to detail, care and focus given to our daughter. Seeing the change in our daughter, the laughter she exhibited before and after childcare, the progress in development and affection she brought home everyday….incredible!!!! Thank you to everyone at Brightminds Early Learning, you have given our daughter the biggest head-start in our new life overseas. L sends her love to the team!

My 5 and 3 year old have been at Brightminds for the last 12 months and we couldn't be happier. Adam and the team have done an amazing job creating a safe and enjoyable environment. I'd recommend this service to anyone who wants to walk in each afternoon and have to convince their kids to leave because they're having too much fun.

Adam and his team at Bright Minds ELC have and are continuing to build such a wonderful child development focussed setting that empowers children to learn, build on their social cues, as well as experience a variety of activities and learning environments. We had our son enrolled and on a waiting list elsewhere where had just been given a place, but since Adam has taken over, the centre is rapidly growing in leaps and bounds, so we have decided to keep our one year old there indefinitely as he is so happy. Nothing is too much trouble, the place is clean, my baby is happy and the staff are fantastic! Very happy with our decision to stay at Bright Minds ELC, thank you Adam for your hard work and dedication. We look forward to what the future developments you have planned look like, including Bush Kinder!!
