We enrolled our daughter at Shining Stars after her original local daycare declined rapidly following a change in management. From the moment she arrived, she was so warmly welcomed. We were incredibly lucky to secure a place when a spot became available, and it truly felt like fate. She formed beautiful friendships, and the educators were consistently warm, friendly, nurturing, and genuinely caring. What stood out immediately was how safe she felt. The team works with such unity that she was comfortable with any educator. At her previous daycare, she would be inconsolable if her usual teacher was absent; here, the consistency and teamwork meant she always felt secure and supported. The centre itself is exceptionally clean and well maintained. Their pre-kindergarten program was outstanding and prepared Harper for kindergarten far more than I realised at the time — something that became very clear once she started school last year. We now send our son, who is in his second year at the centre. We anticipated some separation anxiety returning after the break, but instead he was excited to come back and has already grown in confidence. Both of our children rave about the food — so much so that if we arrive during afternoon tea, they refuse to leave until they’ve finished eating! Their nutrition program is outstanding. Staff retention is another huge testament to the quality of Shining Stars. Many of the educators have been there since opening, or not long after, which creates a wonderful sense of stability and familiarity for both children and families. Communication is exceptional. The centre is organised, proactive, and clear, and families are never left second-guessing or uncertain about anything. Both of our children have asthma and allergies, and the procedures in place to manage their needs are thorough, clear, and consistently followed. Every staff member is well informed, which gives us enormous peace of mind. I was always apprehensive about childcare, despite knowing the social benefits for my children. However, I can honestly say I feel completely at ease every time my children are — and have been — here. I will be genuinely sad when our time at this centre comes to an end, but I am so grateful that my children have been able to experience such a nurturing, supportive, and exceptional environment. The best daycare with the most caring, kind and supportive educators who are an integral part of our family support framework. Most importantly for us - with both parents working full time and no family support - it was really important that the childcare centre we sent our children to was a nurturing and safe environment with dedicated educators. We cannot speak highly enough about Shining Stars!

Such a great atmosphere with passionate caregivers who are so professional and so generous with everything they do to the kids. They have very distinguished standards of cleanliness ,safety and education. They have the best staff that every childcare would love to have .

Shining stars it’s just the best care your child can have. My boys have attended different childcare’s and I always had something to say, this time I can’t. They involve kids with all kind of activities ( crafting, nature, animals, parties, first aid course, sports..) Everyone working there is caring and always whiling to help. Congratulations Stav, you are doing an amazing job !

If you want incredible care for your children at an amazing center with caring staff, this is the place! My eldest had a brilliant experience and early education here, never was she upset to go to daycare. The excellent team created a fun, educational, and supportive environment for her from day 1, and we enjoyed being part of the Shining Stars community and seeing our daughter grow and develop with them until she was ready for school. We now have another daughter there and feel incredibly grateful for the care she receives each day. Stav and the team also go above and beyond when it comes to celebratory calendar days, they are inclusive and diverse in what they celebrate as well. Food is always an important consideration at a childcare center, and it’s excellent here. They have a large kitchen and chefs that prepare nutritious meals that get the kids trying and eating everything! Only positive things to say about this place!

The best child care in Sydney! When searching for a childcare for my son i went to visit 10 different centres around the area and Shining Stars was by far the best! All the staff are exceptional and professional, warm and caring and genuinely love the children. Miss Stav is amazing and leads a brilliant team miss Jessica, miss Illiana, miss Kerry, miss Chantelle, miss Jade - my son adores them all and still talks about them even though he's in kindergarten now. Highly recommended 5 stars!

I cannot express my gratitude enough, one of the very best decisions I've made for my boys and us a family. Miss Stav, Miss Kerry Miss Jade Miss Chantel are incredible women who go above and beyond to make sure your needs, and your child's needs are met, all of the educators are so professional kind warm and caring women who love what they do, you all have made such a difference in my boys lives and I can't thank you enough. I could talk all day about Shining stars it's just such fabulous place, they are family, there is such a strong sense of community, they maintain a very clean, safe and professional environment for learning. They have some great activities that the children get involved in, they also provide events for families to attend and be part of. My boys are soooo incredibly happy and that really is a reflection of there environment, massive THANK YOU

Shining stars childcare really does exceed expectations. They go above and beyond for their families, guiding children and helping them explore their interest. The director and staff are amazing. You can see they have the children’s best interest at heart. I have had 3 children go through shining stars childcare and my 4th child will go no where else. Their school readiness program is wonderful, most importantly my children were happy and loved every minute of being at shining stars. Highly recommend.
