It has been absolutely amazing for my toddler, and I am so grateful for the love, support, and care they provide every single day. Developmentally, my child has grown in leaps and bounds since starting at Kidz Prints. The educators create such a rich and engaging learning environment, tailored to meet each child where they’re at. I've seen incredible progress in my toddler’s speech, confidence, and curiosity. Emotionally, the kindy has been a nurturing haven. The staff genuinely care about the wellbeing of every child, creating a warm and safe space where my little one feels secure, happy, and loved. The connection the educators build with the children is truly beautiful. I’m constantly amazed by how supported we feel—not just my child, but as a family. Kids Prints has truly become an extension of our village, and I honestly couldn’t imagine a better start to my child’s early years. The management of this childcare has demonstrated a serious lack of responsibility and professionalism. Despite claiming to have been in lease negotiations for over a year, they provided parents with only one day’s notice before abruptly closing the epping center. This decision showed a blatant disregard for the rights and well-being of both children and staff. What was once a network of childcares has now dwindled to a single location, reflecting poorly on the competence of the leadership team. Given the apparent instability and risk of sudden closure, I would strongly advise parents to consider more reliable and better-managed alternatives. Read more

Extremely Disappointed – Serious Ethical Concerns I strongly advise families, educators, and staff to avoid Kidz Prints due to deeply concerning behavior from the owner that reflects a lack of accountability and professionalism. On Thursday, 5th June at 6:13 PM, the owner abruptly announced the permanent closure of the Epping branch effective the very next day, Friday, 6th June. This gave families less than 24 hours’ notice—far below the legally required minimum of two weeks—leaving many families stranded without childcare and scrambling for alternatives. The stated reason was an unsuccessful lease renewal. However, negotiations with the landlord had reportedly been ongoing since June 2024, meaning the owner had ample time to communicate this risk. Instead, they chose to withhold this critical information until the last possible moment, showing complete disregard for the impact on children and families. To make matters worse, over a month has passed since the closure, and families have yet to receive their bond refunds. The mobile number provided in the closure notice has since been disconnected, making direct contact impossible. This experience has been extremely distressing and disruptive. If you are currently enrolled with Kidz Prints, I urge you to seek alternative childcare arrangements immediately. Read more
