After four years of having two boys at this daycare we decided we had to take them out. We didn't feel safe sending... After four years of having two boys at this daycare we decided we had to take them out. We didn't feel safe sending our children here anymore. Injuries missed, constantly more children per staff than ratios allow, lack of activities, no communication, no development. When issues were brought up, there was a lot of finger pointing but no accountability and no actions taken. Very disappointed with how much this service has gone backwards compared to when we first started. ACECQA should urgently review this service. Read more
