We’ve had a fantastic experience with Goodstart Hawthorne! The staff are incredibly warm, patient, and attentive to each child’s needs. From the moment we toured the facility, we felt welcomed and confident in their care. The classrooms are clean, bright, and full of engaging, age-appropriate toys and learning materials. Our child has grown so much socially and emotionally, and we’ve seen huge progress in language skills as well. We especially appreciate the daily updates and photos through the parent app—it really helps us feel connected to our child’s day. Special events like bee days and nature day also make it fun and memorable. We highly recommend it to any family looking for a nurturing and well-organized child care center. Read more

The staff look engaged with the kids and management are super friendly and welcoming, my son settled very quickly into the Nursery room – he smiles as soon as we arrive! The outdoor play area is spacious, and he especially loves the sandpit. We have had limited sickness which is another reason we picked this centre. We feel incredibly fortunate to have our little one enrolled at Goodstart Early Learning Hawthorne. The intimate size of the centre fosters a warm, family-like atmosphere where we feel confident in our little one's safety. The procedures for managing allergies are impressively thorough, and the staff have consistently reassured us of their ability to mitigate any risks. Our little one genuinely loves attending daycare and has formed positive connections with the educators. We are particularly impressed by the variety and quality of activities that the educators prepare. Their ability to seize spontaneous opportunities—like playing in the rain or building cubbies based on the children's interests—shows their commitment to nurturing creativity and engagement. We also appreciate how children are encouraged to be independent during meal times and nap times, teaching them invaluable life skills. Communication from the centre is excellent, and we feel well-informed about our little one's daily experiences through regular updates. Centre Director Kate and Assistant Director Kritika are always present, exuding friendliness and approachability, which adds to our sense of trust in the centre.
