Luckily I was recommended this day care for my first child and after a year wait our second child was accepted. While on... Luckily I was recommended this day care for my first child and after a year wait our second child was accepted. While on the waitlist we went to another local centre but it didn’t compare to the love and care that Blue Gum offers. All the staff at Blue Gum know the children and their siblings by name. Each morning you are welcomed by the staff at the front desk. There are exciting extra classes and activities like dancing, walking excursions, fire trucks, animal handling, magicians. Each week there is an educational theme, significant cultural events are celebrated, the kids love messy week/book week, dress ups and fundraising for charities. The children eat outdoors and there is lots of varied outdoor play. The staff definitely go above and beyond. I can’t believe how much my youngest has progressed in the past year. Learning cutting, pencil grip, drawing and writing - all taught by Blue Gum. The children appreciate all the care they are provided and love to go each day. I am very thankful to everyone at Blue Gum. Read more
