What a wonderful early learning centre. Five of my grandchildren have been or are currently cared for at Bluegum, starting in Joeys and... What a wonderful early learning centre. Five of my grandchildren have been or are currently cared for at Bluegum, starting in Joeys and finishing in Kangaroos. It is great to see the variety of activities the children participate in and the devotion and care of the staff. My grandchildren have been and are happy there. The staff are lovely and so very kind. As a Nanna, I am able to take time when picking up the children to chat to staff and observe. I wish that such high quality daycare was available when my own children were young. Read more

Both my boys have attended Bluegum and I couldn’t be happier with the care they’ve received. We first heard about the centre through word of mouth and even though we lived a few suburbs away with other centres closer to home, we chose Bluegum. It’s one of the best decisions we’ve made. The educators are warm, caring and truly invested in the children’s growth and wellbeing. My boys have always felt safe, supported and excited to go each day, which says so much about the nurturing environment the team has created. Before I had my son 7 years ago I toured quite a few of the day care centres in the area around Applecross.... Before I had my son 7 years ago I toured quite a few of the day care centres in the area around Applecross. Once my son was born I toured a few more and my son attended two briefly before we managed to get a spot at Blue Gum. I could tell from the outset that Blue Gum had a fantastic feel about it and was going to be the right place for my children until they started school. From the very beginning, Blue Gum have not disappointed. From their bright, bubbly, caring and very helpful and supportive director and 2IC, to the beautiful and kind educators in each room, the centre is a fantastic space for kids to grow and learn. Having seen other centres rooms, I love the lay out and unique spaces and quality of resources and activities they provide in each room. In the nearly 7 years my 2 kids have attended I have been so happy with, and grateful for, their care and support and all they have done for my kids. Read more
