Courtney Trigg is the most patient, caring and very professional kinder teacher. My son doesn’t go a day without wanting to hang out with his friend Triggy. In bush kinder. She has helped him find the calm in himself and drop offs are a breeze when she is in early. She is every parent’s dream influence on their kids. We are very spoilt for having her.

Thank you to all the educators in the baby room for helping my daughter and I have the best introduction to childcare. The staff have gone above and beyond to build a connection with her, help her to feel safe and to learn so many new things. She has now been at Nido for 6 months and gets so excited each morning when we arrive.

Two of my kids have attended Nido and we absolutely love it. The centre has great communication and is very friendly and nurturing towards the kids. Any issues have been instantly highlighted and rectified in an open, respectful and honest manner. The educators are lovely and have such a a great relationships with each child. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

Our son has been attending nido for a few years now. Throughout his developmental changes the centre has been helpful and supportive of our sons needs and development. Any issues that have arisen have been resolved quickly and respectfully.

Our child had gone to 2 childcare’s before in a different town before attending this centre. They easily manoeuvred through the changes we made with them. Once we started attending this centre we noticed a lot of change. Becoming aggressive, frustrated, emotional and really not the person we knew. We had meetings with the staff who only had one option for us which was we need a preschool officer to assess or child. We had a follow up meeting after we had seen our child being bullied at a child’s party outside of the centre and their response was “Children are resilient and they won’t remember this”. We took our child out and put them into another centre. We still had one child at the centre which we could not get a spot at the new centre so we kept them in until we could get a spot. The staff did not ask about or even mention our other child’s name to us. They would divert their attention when we came to collect and some would not even look us in the eye. This is a small town and we have heard of multiple stories of children not being cared for and staff putting themselves before the children. Horrible centre and horrible management.

Niamh absolutely loves going to The Cubby House. She always has such a great time and loves her educators. The staff are very professional and are easy to talk to with any concerns I may have, which have been very few, and they are very warm and caring towards the children. What I really love about the centre is they let the children express themselves individually - no 2 pictures are the same! - whilst still maintaining a bit of structure to the day. Niamh, who is a very sociable child, loves playing with her friends, but there is freedom for her to have some "chill out" time if she needs it. As a former Child Care educator myself, I have worked in a few different centres, and I can't speak highly enough of The Cubby House and it's staff. I am very, very happy with our experiences to date at The Cubby House.
