I have only the best things to say about Big Bear St Andrews! Right from the start, the educators were enthusiastic, dedicated and showed a genuine care for my boys. My eldest son has special needs, and the educators worked with him beautifully. When I came in to drop off or pick up my boys, I always felt welcome as the educators greeted me with a smile. The educators created such a fun, engaging environment for the kids, and they always let us know what was happening through photos and daily summaries. We left the centre as we moved away from Sydney but I have fond memories of Big Bear St Andrews and would recommend it to anyone!

If I could give Big Bear Academy 100 stars I would. Not only is it a beautiful Childcare but the staff within are amazing ❤️ My son started early 2023 and he has progressed so well over these last two years. From being non verbal to telling stories and conversating, regaining his confidence and forming great bonds with his teachers. He has learnt so much over these last two years and looks forward to going every single day. The happiness on his face upon pickup just goes to show how much he’s thriving and learning at Big Bear. Thank you to Andrew and Maxine for opening such an amazing childcare and thank you to Claudia and all the staff for all you do for our children on a daily basis. Cannot recommend Big Bear Academy enough ❤️

We absolutely love this daycare! The staff are amazing. My daughter is always excited to go in the mornings and comes home happy and full of stories about her day. Highly recommend!

I’ve had a wonderful experience with Big Bear Academy. From the caring and professional staff to the clean, welcoming environment, I felt confident my child was in great hands. The variety of engaging activities and updates make it clear they prioritize both learning and fun and also hourly update of the child's activities through the app gave us parents a peace of mind.The communication is always excellent, and I truly appreciate how attentive the staff is to my child’s needs. A bit of a different review, but definitely one to be shared. An educators perspective: I have had almost 10 years in the industry and I was starting to lose my passion, until I stumbled upon BBA. The management are such supportive and caring people, who value and respect all staff and families. All staff demonstrate so much passion and dedication to providing nurture and care to all who attend. I’m now on my journey of motherhood and while I have worked in many centres BBA is the one centre I would not hesitate to leave my baby girl in their care with full trust knowing that she is safe and nurtured for. If you are looking for a service where you are valued and treated like family, look no further. A fantastic service, that I cannot wait to enrol my little girl in. I’m so glad I found BBA.

Couldn’t recommend a better day care service! The educators and staff went above and beyond with not only day to day care and teaching, but also provided great healthy foods, amazing incursions and day events for the kids and their families. The centre is always clean and the staff are always happy, we’re going to miss big bear now my little one is starting school.
