My daughter is absolutely loving Goodstart Ringwood. The Educators are very caring and supportive. I can't speak highly enough of them. They helped my daughter settle in quickly and make lots of new friends. I love that the children have a strong voice at the centre and that the room's resources get rotated frequently based on their interests. Preparing them for life and school is a big focus following children's safety. Everyone is very kind and welcoming. Strongly recommend. Read more

My family is so very grateful for the immediate care and warm welcome to our first childcare experience shown by the staff at Goodstart Ringwood. They have been very accomodating as we navigate early disability evaluations and mobility assistance trials. Their compassion and kindness towards our daughter and us as parents has really made the beginning of this journey amazing. We really are so happy with the centre and its employees. Read more

I am very happy with the service provided by the centre. Our boy has been attending the centre since the Baby room, and... I am very happy with the service provided by the centre. Our boy has been attending the centre since the Baby room, and now he's in his final year (Kinder 4). The educators are knowledgeable, caring, friendly, and supportive. The management team is excellent, efficient, and flexible in responding to requests and emails. I would highly recommended here to those who are looking for a child care service in this area. we were incredibly happy with this centre until Goodstart head office decided to charge full price for public holidays, we had specifically chosen... we were incredibly happy with this centre until Goodstart head office decided to charge full price for public holidays, we had specifically chosen Goodstart as they did not charge for public holidays, instead they had overall higher fees. This worked for our family as I work Mondays and Fridays. Yesterday after days were locked in for 2024 we were told we would be charged for public holidays, as a contractor I do not get paid these days and now have to pay for 7 days per year I do not get any service for nor do i have an income for. If we apply my 25% holiday discount it uses 7 out of 8 of our holiday days. An overall fee rise would have been much preferred so the cost of public holiday coverage could be spread across all families rather than thrown at a small group of us. Truly disappointed in both this decision and even more so the timing of it when it is now incredibly difficult to change days. Read more

After visiting many centres and asking many questions, I found this one to be the most accommodating, caring, cleanest, and best environment. Now 2 months in, I'm so amazed at how they've helped my son adjust. From him being clingy and crying to having fun, eating and sleeping well within a month, it really shows the quality of care.
