Our Educators support young children during this rapid period of growth and change through nurturing and responsive relationships. Our educators ensure that children’s individual needs for sleeping, eating, active and quiet play are met on time, every day.
Our environments have been strategically designed to allow Toddlers to learn, develop and explore, supporting their ever increasing sense of curiosity. Independence skills and choices are a key part of the day, building to a positive approach to learning and trying.
Our Educators support our Preschoolers to learn more about the world around them, and their impact on others Increased language skills leads to greater collaboration in play, and a greater understanding of differences.
Our Transition to School Program is designed to develop learning dispositions, providing a fluid transition into Early Stage One of the Australian School Curriculum. Increased social and emotional confidence supports healthy risk taking, making predictions and ongoing resilience.
At Young Academics, we believe the first five years of a child’s life are critical for establishing healthy eating habits, exploring new foods, and meeting essential nutritional needs to support growth and development. Good nutrition not only enhances physical health but also boosts a child’s well-being, self-confidence, and focus.
We’ve developed our unique Nutrition Program in collaboration with a qualified nutritionist. This program is designed to help children understand the importance of healthy eating, hygiene, and physical activity. We encourage children to actively participate in meal preparation and serving, fostering a hands-on approach to learning about nutrition.
Our carefully crafted seasonal menu, which rotates every four weeks, is designed to meet 50% of your child’s daily nutritional requirements. It includes a variety of nourishing foods such as vegetables, fruits, lean meats, fish, chicken, dairy products, and more, ensuring children receive a balanced diet that supports their growth and development.
At Young Academics, our Transition to School Program is a comprehensive, carefully designed pathway that prepares children for the exciting journey into formal education. We understand that this is a major milestone, and our program focuses on equipping children with the academic, social, and emotional skills they need for a smooth transition.
Our dedicated educators work closely with each child, providing tailored support to ensure they feel confident and emotionally ready for the next step in their learning journey. We focus on building essential skills such as problem-solving, communication, and teamwork, while also fostering independence, resilience, and a love for learning.
Through a combination of structured learning, interactive play, and hands-on experiences, we help children develop both academically and socially, so they feel prepared not just for the classroom, but for the social dynamics of school life as well.
At Young Academics, we take pride in setting children up for a seamless and positive transition into school, laying the foundation for both academic success and personal growth that will last a lifetime.
At Young Academics, we believe that strong partnerships between families and educators are fundamental to a child’s early learning journey. We prioritise open, consistent, and transparent communication with parents to ensure that every child’s individual needs, interests, and development are well supported.
Daily updates are shared through our secure online platform, giving families real-time insights into their child’s learning experiences, routines, and achievements. This allows parents to stay connected with what’s happening at the centre, while also opening up opportunities for meaningful conversations at home.
We actively invite parent involvement through events, learning celebrations, centre activities, and cultural experiences, because we know that children thrive when there is a shared commitment to their growth and wellbeing. Families are always welcome to share feedback, ideas, or simply spend time in our learning environments.
Whether it's during the daily drop-off, a parent-educator meeting, or a centre-wide celebration, our team is committed to building relationships based on trust, respect, and collaboration.

The educators are amazing. Very intuitive and genuinely care about the wellbeing and success of each child. Being a mum of two older daughters I have not experienced better support and communication as I have with the carers at this location. Sensitive conversations around developmental milestones are kept confidential and discreet also approached with upmost care from our experiences.
