Here we are 5 months after Jade allowed an unauthorised person to collect my daughter from the centre at 9am in the morning. I still dont have my child, her whole world and mine was and still is ripped apart after that morning Jade decided she knew more about my baby daddy then I and she also assumed she knew more and ultimately she knew what was good for my child above myself. Im sure everyone knows by now just how much of a huge mistake that was allowing a known unemployed, homeless, gambling addict walk out with my child. She now lives up checker board with everyone else up there in housing struggling. Sorry working fulltime to pay for Ravens future was important to me. Sorry I placed all my childrens needs to the forfront. Sorry I raised many many standard issues of worker yelling at toddlers all because they are tired. 5 months - I gave birth to my child and did everything for my child fulltime up until that day Jade opened the doors happily for a person not given a pin code for the security pad. Everything that ever was done for that child up until 22nd July 2025 was from me the mother. After reaching out for support to have my guts, heart soul kicked in, they assisted in my baby being removed from the centre without her primary carer authorisation - I still dont have Raven! I still dont have the ability to spend time with my baby. Honestly - worst centre. Worst experience. I have 4 daughters, Raven my youngest. Im a single mother of 4 girls 17 and under really struggled to get by working, parenting the lot. You guys let me down in a major way. Even after the whole ordeal you all would rather stand laugh, giggle and say oh but Kyla the father that has just done the pick up and drop off for the last 8 - 10 weeks is doing such a great job dropping her off later in the morning and picking her up earlier so we dont have to do our job we are paid to do. He is such a great father taking that extra 1 hour our his unemployed uneventful life to make your work lige easier to not have to actually care for Raven for the hours you were paid to, that I paid you for so I could conrinue to work fulltime to pay your fees for Raven to attend because the person you released her without my concent to was MIA for the first 3 years of Ravens life that why she was at the centre bring cared for by your staff! Im still not spending time with my daughter that I trust you with! I spoke to jade 1 hour prior to my daughter being taken without my consent! I work 5 min up the road. I wont ever forget everyone how they all treated me, my child and my situation that day and hopefully the day will come the entire country will get to see it on the news. What total weapons at Nurture (No) One more like it! Jade allows your child to be stolen from the daycare from a person not on collection list. Jade will take your money and work against you to not have to look after your child for the set time. Yep still here, still not over it, still dont have any real answerz! Im sure you were audited after this incident. Not good enough!

Both of my children thoroughly enjoy Arthur Street. The educators are always keeping me informed on my children’s progress. Any concerns are brought to my attention promptly and addressed appropriately. I feel very content sending my kids here & would recommend this facility to anyone!

Our 14 month old daughter has been going here for the last 2 months and she loves it! First month was hard but the staff were so kind and accommodating. The app they have keeps you up to date with what they are doing and have achieved in the day. Highly recommend this place

I cannot recommend this daycare centre highly enough. My 4 year old son has been attending Arthur Street Children’s centre for over 2 years now and we are so happy to have found such a warm and caring environment for him. The educators are amazing-always so patient and kind and have been such a wonderful support to our family as we navigate our son’s behavioural issues. They have gone above and beyond to make him feel safe, valued and understood always. The centre is always clean, warm and inviting with the children’s artwork and photos of their daily activities covering the walls. They even have pet fish to welcome children and families as we enter the doors each day! The outdoor play space has a range of exciting equipment, massive sandpit, good quality outdoor toys for the children and has beautiful large shady trees. The facilities are top-notch but their greatest asset is the staff. I struggled with the decision to trust a daycare centre with the care of my son, but I really needed to return to work (I am a nurse). This daycare was one of only a few who catered to parents who work early shifts (they open at 6.30am) and later shifts (they close at 6.30pm). They have taken such good care of my son and he has formed a beautiful bond with all his educators- in particular the director ‘Jade’ who is so knowledgeable in her field of child development and also has the perfect personality to relate so well to children and families from all different walks of life, and lead her team by example. Everyone is so welcoming and kind! Parents get daily updates of activities, health events, meals, toileting, naps etc. as well as phone calls if there is anything requiring discussion. The communication is great and I always feel kept up to date on my son while he is at daycare. If you are looking for a daycare centre that ticks all the boxes, we’ve already found it, and we hope you and your children have the pleasure of becoming part of the Arthur Street family too! This is no ‘average’ daycare centre. This is my child’s ‘home away from home’.

Very nurturing environment. Have been very happy with the care provided and all interactions I have had with the staff and centre manager, Jade. Highly recommend to anyone looking for care options for their little person. They have always been accommodating and the communication is fantastic.

I’m so happy we chose Nurture One Grafton once we moved into town few months ago. Our daughter never liked going to childcare before but once she moved to Nurture One Grafton, it’s hard to get her to come home now as she is having so much fun. She comes home with a big smile and wants to always go and see her friends and her carers. They are all so welcoming, tender, friendly and caring for each individual child. She leaves there every day so tired from all the adventures she had done all day but never wants to rest so, she doesn’t miss out on the fun. My daughter has made really good friends, not just other kids but carers too. The centre manager, Jade, is always available for a chat and helpful with any issues or concerns. She always gets back to you with an outcome. She is a hands on centre manager and is involved with the kids daily learning which builds relationships with her, the kids and her team. We are so happy we made the move and chose this centre.

We are really happy with the services provided by the Centre. Our children absolutely adore their educators and they look forward to attending each day. We have used other Centres in the area and this one is the best by far. They are excellent at communicating with families and ensuring everyone is informed of any upcoming events, illnesses etc.

My son has been going to Nurture One for over 2 years now & he loves it. He has learnt, grown and developed a lot. He has made great friendships there. The centre is welcoming, clean, the staff are well educated and caring.

This centre is remarkable! My daughter just loves all the staff and kids involved. I am going to be really upset when she needs to move into primary school. I highly recommend sending your babies there.
