Picked up my son up on Wednesday for him to tell me he swallowed a toy. I started to panic asked an educator what he could have swallowed they couldn’t answer. I immediately went into distress needing to take him to a hospital, I told this educator if my son has swallowed a toy I would report the centre rightfully so, as I was walking through the yards another educator started yelling at me from across the yard and demanded to know what was my concern I said I do t have time talk he has a swallowed a toy and I I’ll report this centre if there is a toy inside him. She continued to yell at me telling me she can’t help me I don’t stop and address my concerns with her… stop an address my concerns as I am rushing out the door to get my child to a hospital. We returned to the centre 2 days later just to be told get out. No communication from Hayley the director despite an email with a complaint, just my child being shoved out while my kid soft is still charging me fees. There is no incident report for this possible toy swallowing ( the hospital cannot confirm all toys through xray) and there is also no incident report for the bite mark he sustained on his shoulder that very same day. Disgusting treatment of a child and a parent who was in a high stress situation and the director clearly allows staff to yell at parents across the yard which is unprofessional and not a welcoming and warming environment. I suggest that peak reaches out immediately to rectify my fees and they can expect a department report

Our son has been coming to PEAK for a couple of months now. From the moment we had our first welcome into PEAK was amazing!! Rushing to now, our son attends 5xday a week, we see his progress significantly improve everyday. Growing up our son has struggled interacting with others, sharing lol but seeing other peers other than mum and dad. We are greeted every morning. All educators are welcoming, always take 1 minute of their time to chat about our son’s day. Overall, really happy with PEAK childcare and totally recommend to all family to enrol their children.

This childcare has been the best childcare experience for our family! My kids love going here, even though both experience separation anxiety they tell me all they loved about there day every day, The teachers are warm and welcoming, and seem genuinely passionate about what they do. The environment is safe, clean, and full of engaging activities that encourage both learning and play, Couldn’t ask for a better childcare, and on top of everything my all time favourite is seeing what they have been getting up to on the app with all the cute photos the educators upload, highly recommend. I can’t stop recommending this centre to my friend since they open. The manager and staff are really kind and helpful. Since i injured my knee the staff help me throughout the process they help my child in nursery to settle, when my mom drop my baby really early they took care of him and made him settle feed him. My son love the centre to he was able to make friends and developed milestones like walking and talking. This is the best centre to go to. 🤍🤍

My daughter has attended since their opening and we have loved this centre so much. The staff are amazing and so caring. My daughter has come so far in such a short amount of time with her learning, singing and loves arts that are on offer. I love how the art room is in the middle of 2 rooms. The bike track is a fave and I’m sure when it gets warmer so will the water play areas.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Peak Childcare! My 2-year-old son has just started attending, and it has already made such a positive impact on both of us. As a parent, it’s incredibly difficult to trust someone else with the care of your child, but from the moment we met the team, I knew we had found a place that would not only take great care of him, but also nurture his individual development and needs, with not only a great relationship and understanding of my son. but also a lovely relationship with parents. My son has just recently started at PEAK and I couldn't be happier with the staff and facilities. My sometimes painfully shy boy is encouraged and adored by the staff, and in the short few weeks he's been attending he has grown so much in his confidence, communication and social skills. The educators have definitely taken the time to get to know him already. From the beginning the staff have been so helpful, giving advise on how to navigate the dreaded CCS application, helping us choose times and days that would be the best transition for him, and getting us all initiated and settled into the process. The facilities are brand new and wonderful. You can tell that it has been designed with the idea of creating a safe, inviting and fun space for kids of all ages. All food is provided and must be good, cause my notorious grazer is consistently eating all his meals. I definitely recommend PEAK at Redbank Plains for your little one.
