We have relocated from Northlake to Redbank Plains, we were very anxious about the move and moving our children's daycare. We found Honour Early Learning and so glad we did . From the moment you enter the facility you're greeted with the sweet aroma coming from the kitchen, then you have management greeting family's on arrival who are unbelievably warm and welcoming as well as open and transparent which I appreciate. A positive experience has been the on site nurse which drew us to the centre in the first place, it gives us peace of mind knowing Honour Early Learning is investing our children Health, Safety, Wellbeing and Education so much so she is in the studio rooms educating our children. Educators I cannot rave on about enough from the moment we're in to drop off or pick up our daughters we are greeted with a very welcoming and inviting conversation about what my daughters have done for the day, they know how they can assist us with their milestones and goals which I have never experienced before coming to this Center. This made development less stressful especially when it came to toilet training. Our daughters have made amazings bonds with other children but they love talking about their educators it warms our hearts. The curriculum is detailed and guided thoroughly but thought out to meet the child's needs and abilities. Culture and celebration are weaved into their planning which I find to be a welcomed personal touch. This is the second daycare I have sent my daughter to and honestly the last 10 months have been the best experience we have had. From a quiet, shy little girl to a now loud and outgoing little girl that loves to go to daycare every day. She comes home with the biggest smile on her face. The two rooms she has been in the teachers have been amazing and ensure my daughter settles in and has a blast with her friends. Miss Steph from infants and Miss Caleisha from Junior Toddlers have become my daughter’s favourite teachers and I would’ve have been able to do it without them. When my daughter started, she came from a very unhygienic family daycare and was quite the sick little girl. Nurse Bree went out of her way to ensure my daughter was okay and had long calls with me to ensure her medical history was taken correctly and continued to update me about my daughters wellbeing while she was in their care. She has taken me under her wing and has made sure I am always feeling okay and asks how my family and new baby are going. Nurse Bree and Management are always up for cuddles from the children, greeted upon entry and exit and have taken my youngest for cuddles while I do drop off when they can see my daughter is having a rough morning. They are truely the best. Each day my daughter is fed amazing meals with lots of hidden vegetables and snacks from the amazing onsite chef, who also offers breakfast/coffee for the mums, dads and caregivers of the children. You can absolutely see from all the updates throughout the day that the kids are having a blast and from the smiles and laughs you get at drop off and pickup tell the story that they are loving it there. I would highly recommend Honour RBP 😊

Couldn’t fault this centre at all. My daughter’s been going there for a while now and she absolutely loves it. Miss Marnie really goes above and beyond, and Nurse Bree is always so helpful and easy to talk to. All the educators are super friendly, especially Miss Jay, and you can tell they all genuinely care about the kids. The rooms are set up really nicely and it’s just a great environment overall. Plus, the coffee is always good which is a bonus! Highly recommend 😊

I’ve been sending my youngest daughter here since she was just 3 months old, and she absolutely loves it. Miss Marnie consistently goes above and beyond for every family, and Miss Bree, the nurse, is just as incredible. The entire team is warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive, they always take the time to listen to any feedback or concerns I’ve had. One of my favourite little touches is being able to order a coffee or snack and have it ready by the time I’ve finished drop off, it makes busy mornings so much easier. Highly recommend!

We are so impressed with Honour Early Learning Redbank Plains. The facilities are excellent, always clean, and the staff are warm, professional, extremely knowledgeable, informative and genuinely caring. The curriculum and activities are thoughtfully planned, and the whole centre feels incredibly welcoming. After moving our child from another local centre where we weren’t happy, we are beyond impressed and so glad we made the change. Our child is thriving. Anyone considering this Honour, will not be disappointed, we couldn’t recommend it more.

My son has been attending this daycare for almost a year now, and he absolutely loves it. He looks forward to every day he goes and has truly thrived during his time here. The educators are incredible — so caring, attentive, and genuinely invested in the children. My son adores them all, and that alone speaks volumes. While there were some management challenges in the past, particularly around unresolved fee issues, the new management team has completely turned things around. They have stepped up, listened, and responded promptly to the concerns I raised. I now feel heard and supported, and I’m confident the centre is in very good hands moving forward. The recent Christmas party was a standout — exceptionally well organised, thoughtfully planned, and such a joy for both the children and families. I’m sure many parents would agree it was a fantastic event. The centre itself is always clean, welcoming, and smells amazing. The cooking staff do an outstanding job preparing fresh, nutritious meals every day. Having an onsite nurse is a huge bonus — she is absolutely wonderful and ensures our littles ones are well cared for whenever needed. Most importantly, I feel completely reassured knowing my son is safe, happy, and genuinely cared for at this centre. You are doing an amazing job, team 🥳👏.

I attended the Christmas & Santa visit with my Grandson, how fantastic was that. The new Managers, Marnie & Shaina, have done a fantastic job since coming in. Highly recommend.

Wouldn't send my child here again. Ended up removing him due to neglect. Left in poop nappies for hours never got his bottles. It would be a fight to try and get him to go then I learnt what neglect was happening. When asked if he was getting his bottles they lied saying they were given. His bottles were left in the fridge untouched over periods of time.

The educators at this centre were lovely and the set-up was good, but the management has been very disappointing. We were overcharged and, despite many attempts to resolve it, the issue was never fixed. Emails to the area manager were ignored, and the problem continued even after my children left the centre last month. I’m now lodging a formal complaint with Fair Trading and the Department of Education.

My daughter loves going to day care everyday. The staff are always very friendly and happy to help with anything.
