Busy Bees St Marys is the most welcoming place. My daughters have thrived in the last 18 months of attending the centre. My youngest was 12 weeks old on her day and she has reached all the milestone. I cannot thank the staff enough for their kindness and care for my girls. We are regretfully leaving this centre as we have moved out of area but still staying in the Busy Bee family at the Glendenning centre.

We are so grateful to Busy Bees St Marys for taking such wonderful care of our child. The educators are kind, patient, and truly dedicated to creating a safe and nurturing environment. Our child is always happy and excited to go each day, which says so much about the love and care they receive here. The activities are engaging and educational, and we’ve seen great growth in our child’s confidence and learning. Highly recommend this centre to any parent looking for quality childcare!

Adding my one star from 15 years ago of my experience sending my daughter when centre first opened because we didn’t have this choice back then to review. Given current reviews still ongoing same issues with the director and centre.DO NOT send your kids here not even if it’s you last option. Neglect is the only choice of word that comes to mind. Ashamed they still able to operate.

Stop misleading parents who genuinely care about their children with fake reviews. I don’t recommend this centre for any child. The staff are not properly trained and struggle to handle even simple situations. Whenever you ask them something, they tell you to speak with the Director. We’ve barely seen her at the centre, except when she’s dropping off groceries. The Director is very rude and doesn’t allow any real discussion about your child’s wellbeing. She always defends her staff instead of listening to parents or focusing on the children, even though this is the place she earns her living from. Very disappointing experience.

We made the decision to move our son to Busy Bees at the start of 2025, and we couldn't be more grateful for the change. The difference in his behavior and learning has been incredible. In just one year, he has learned so much and come so far socially. We’ve seen him grow in confidence and readiness for kindergarten in 2026. The nurturing environment at Busy Bees has played such a big role in this transformation, and we're so thankful for the staff and the care they provide. Highly recommend to any parents considering it!

Our daughter is now well-equipped and ready for Kindy, all thanks to her Busy Bees educators! Staff show genuine concern and always seeking feedback from parents, which reflects their commitment to continous improvement. We highly recommend sending your kids here.
