Stop misleading parents who genuinely care about their children with fake reviews. I don’t recommend this centre for any child. The staff are not properly trained and struggle to handle even simple situations. Whenever you ask them something, they tell you to speak with the Director. We’ve barely seen her at the centre, except when she’s dropping off groceries. The Director is very rude and doesn’t allow any real discussion about your child’s wellbeing. She always defends her staff instead of listening to parents or focusing on the children, even though this is the place she earns her living from. Very disappointing experience.

We made the decision to move our son to Busy Bees at the start of 2025, and we couldn't be more grateful for the change. The difference in his behavior and learning has been incredible. In just one year, he has learned so much and come so far socially. We’ve seen him grow in confidence and readiness for kindergarten in 2026. The nurturing environment at Busy Bees has played such a big role in this transformation, and we're so thankful for the staff and the care they provide. Highly recommend to any parents considering it!

Our daughter is now well-equipped and ready for Kindy, all thanks to her Busy Bees educators! Staff show genuine concern and always seeking feedback from parents, which reflects their commitment to continous improvement. We highly recommend sending your kids here. We just wanted to share our experience— we’re so thankful for the amazing educators who care for our child every day. They always keep us updated and celebrate every little milestone, which means so much to us. Seeing our child come home happy, confident, and excited to share stories says it all. We truly feel lucky to have found such a loving and supportive place — kudos to all the wonderful staff.

Please be cautious when reading their reviews, as many seem to come from people connected to the centre. In our experience, the Director is rarely present and often speaks to families with a poor attitude. When incidents happen, the centre tends to blame the children instead of reviewing staff training or supervision practices. There’s also a very high turnover of educators, which makes it difficult for children to build trust or consistency in care. It appears this may be related to hiring new staff with no experience. Parents deserve transparency, professionalism, and genuine care for their children’s safety.

I'm extremely grateful for this childcare. The staff members are amazing, caring, compassionate, and always make my child feel happy and protected. My child enjoys coming here every day! The teachers are very friendly and treat my child as if they were family. We couldn't be more thrilled!
