I have been sending my son in this childcare for ~2 years now. He has been going there since he was 18 months.This... I have been sending my son in this childcare for ~2 years now. He has been going there since he was 18 months.This is the only place that he is been going. He started when it used to be under different management. Prior to enrolling here we have had looked few places nearby but we chose to sent him here. We never had any complain so far. The educators are very friendly and well trained. There is ample play space at the back. The centre is always clean and tidy. I would suggests anyone who is looking for the good childcare, you can definitely visit here. Read more

My son goes to this centre since two years old for 2+ years now and this is the most suitable centre we found... My son goes to this centre since two years old for 2+ years now and this is the most suitable centre we found in the neighbourhood. The centre is always organised and clean. We also receive lots of support from current team, eg. centre manager Mary helped with my kid setting up specific management plan, educators always provide feedback on my childs development etc. There are also various activities throughout the year for parents to get involved. We could see our child growing day by day and enjoying his time with his good friends and caring educators at the centre. As parents, we are thankful for the support and care from the wonderful team. This centre has changed management this year to first step early learning and since my daughter has started (we only started in May... This centre has changed management this year to first step early learning and since my daughter has started (we only started in May and left in October) has been poor management, multiple management changes and staff turnaround. When I left I was told my bond refund will take 28 days it’s been 30+ days with multiple emails gone un answered asking of the progress to finally be told my bond refund was never lodged. After I told it was. So will now have to restart the process. Do not recommend this centre poor communication and management. Read more
