We had a really mixed experience with this centre. Some of the staff were very good and supportive, but the majority less so. We found a mixed response to feedback, even up to the director - sometimes we saw change, sometimes we didn't. I suppose the overwhelming feeling we got from the centre was apathy. It felt like we had to tell the educators to do the most basic things (give our children food, flush the toilets, change their nappy (when you arrive and they've soiled themselves)) and then had to constantly stay on top of them to ensure continued behaviour. Ultimately we left the centre.

I used to go to play and learn. I love the people and miss them. They are so reliable. I made so many friendships with the other children and with the workers. I love you guys so much. And miss you. 💕
