We couldn’t be happier with our experience at Little Achievers Kindergarten. From the very beginning, the team has made us feel completely comfortable and confident that our daughter is in the very best hands.<br><br>What makes Little Achievers so special is the people. The care and attention they give each child is exceptional, and the nurturing environment they have created is a testament to how much they love their work.<br><br>As a father, knowing my daughter is happy, safe and surrounded by people who genuinely care about her means everything. I honestly cannot speak highly enough of Little Achievers Kindergarten Penshurst.<br><br>This is my fourth child, so I have had plenty of experience with childcare and starting children in care, but I was particularly anxious this time around. My daughter is 14 months old, exclusively breastfed and has only ever had contact naps with me. She does not take a bottle or dummy, has no comforter or cuddly toy, and had never been separated from me for more than an hour. She does not even stay with extended family and would often cry when approached by people she did not know. The idea of someone else being able to settle her to sleep at childcare genuinely seemed impossible to me.<br><br>We did just a one-hour transition visit two days before her first day, and she had a wonderful time. On her first full day, the amount of patience, affection and genuine care she received was incredible. I was given regular updates throughout the day and kept informed of every little milestone. I received a call after she had eaten her lunch and another after they had successfully settled her to sleep, something I genuinely did not think would happen!<br><br>Every effort was made to ensure a smooth transition, not only for my daughter, but for me as an anxious mum as well. They were supportive of the fact that I am still breastfeeding, providing me with a private, comfortable space to feed her when I arrived to pick her up.<br><br>The part I still cannot believe is that when it was time to leave, my daughter did not want to go! For a child who had essentially never been away from me, that told me everything I needed to know about how safe, loved and comfortable she had been made to feel.<br><br>Across four children, this has genuinely been the most successful start to childcare we have ever experienced. I have other childcare experiences to compare it to, and I can now completely understand how Little Achievers has achieved the very coveted Exceeding National Quality Standard rating.<br><br>The cleanliness, resources, food, communication with families and overall level of care have all been exceptional.<br><br>I would strongly recommend that families plan ahead and enquire early. I put my daughter’s name down just before she was born after Little Achievers was recommended to me by so many people in our local area. Fourteen months later, I am so grateful I listened to them.<br><br>Thank you Sultan, Leah and the entire Little Achievers team for taking such beautiful care of our daughter and making such a huge milestone for our family feel so easy. We are incredibly grateful to have found you.

I can’t speak highly enough of LAK and the incredible team of educators who work there. From the moment we first walked through the doors, we felt welcomed, supported, and completely confident that our child was in caring and capable hands. The educators go above and beyond every single day. They are attentive, patient, and genuinely invested in each child’s wellbeing and development. It’s clear they take the time to really get to know the children—their personalities, their interests, and what helps them thrive. I’m continually impressed by the thoughtful learning experiences they create, blending play with meaningful skill development. The communication with families is also fantastic; we always feel informed and included in our child’s journey. Most importantly, LAK feels like a second home. The warmth, enthusiasm, and professionalism of the team make all the difference, and we’re so grateful for the positive impact they’ve had on our child’s growth and confidence. We couldn’t imagine a better place or better people to care for our little one. Highly recommended!

The best daycare for our child! Since joining the LAK family, we have experienced nothing but the utmost respect, love, transparency, and genuine care for my child. Compared to other daycares in the area and our previous traumatic experiences, LAK has been a blessing. A true gem of a daycare with the best interests of the children and family at heart. I am in awe of the educators there and the daily dedication, compassion and nurturing learning experience that my child has received. Highly recommend to all families considering a daycare in the area - you will not be disappointed! Worthy of 10 stars!

Disappointing that the deposit was not partially refunded, as initially agreed, even though cancellation took place months in advance.

Although given 3 months of advance notice, they refused to refund the bond advance for my friend who was struggling. Very unethical and bad gesture

This child care did not refund my bond even though I canceled my child’s position 3 months ago. They have no work ethics and obligation towards parents who pay their hardship money.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about LAK Penshurst! As someone who has experienced several other daycare facilities in the past, I can confidently say that nothing compares to the care, attention, and nurturing environment provided here. From the moment I walked through their doors, I could tell this place was different. The staff go above and beyond to create a safe, loving, and stimulating space for the children. They are incredibly attentive and genuinely care about each child’s growth and well being. The communication with parents is seamless, they keep you updated throughout the day with pictures, activities, and milestones, which always brightens my day. What truly sets this centre apart is the sense of community and warmth they foster, not just for the kids, but for the parents too. They understand every child’s unique needs and personalities and tailor their approach accordingly, which is something I never experienced elsewhere. Seeing how much my child has blossomed, both socially and developmentally, since enrolling here fills me with gratitude. I only wish I had found this gem sooner.
