We’ve been so pleased with how well our son has settled into his new childcare setting. The staff have been incredibly welcoming and supportive, helping him feel safe, confident, and happy from the very beginning. It’s clear how much care and attention they put into getting to know each child individually. We’ve already seen lovely progress in his development – both socially and emotionally. His language skills are improving, he’s engaging more with others, and he comes home excited to share what he’s learned and experienced each day. The Educators build such a great rapport with the children. The team sent us daily pictures through the app, which was awesome to see what the kiddies are getting up to, and we were always very happy with the level of play based learning at the centre. They were even teaching the littlies the emergency services number (000) in case of an emergency. The food was great, varied, and healthy - and the team are very supportive. The centre is always very open with feedback, and proactively ask families their opinions on how they were meeting each aspect of the national quality framework. Highly recommend this centre - they are so encouraging and a very valued part of our village (because it takes a village to raise little people!!) Read more
