We are extremely happy with our experience at First Steps Greystanes 🤍 From the moment you walk in, the centre always feels so warm, welcoming and spotless. It’s always beautifully clean and you can tell the staff genuinely care so much about the children and the environment they’re in. Angelina has been absolutely amazing and has such a caring, loving nature with the kids. Jodie has also come in and is doing such an incredible job, you can really see the passion and effort she puts in every day. Crystal, Bree and Vanessa are all so supportive, kind and approachable, and they always make us feel comfortable and heard as parents. Honestly, all the girls there are wonderful and create such a happy, safe and loving environment for the children. It’s so comforting knowing your child is surrounded by people who truly care for them like their own. We’re so grateful for everything the team does every single day 🤍

5 stars isn’t enough to say thank you to Crystal and her wonderful team of educators. My boys have been attending FSA for almost one month after previously being at another childcare for almost 2 years and it has so far been an extremely positive experience. Both my boys are thriving!

We couldn’t be happier with the care our daughter has received at First Steps Academy. As this was her very first time attending childcare, we were a little nervous — but the team has been absolutely incredible from day one. They have been so accommodating and patient, giving her all the comfort and reassurance she needed to settle in at her own pace. It’s clear they genuinely care about each child and take the time to understand their individual needs. We’ve also been so impressed with how much she is already learning at childcare. Every day she comes home having explored something new -completed creative activities, literacy and numeracy skills, or learning how to share and build friendships. Truely amazing home away from home for my son finally 😊 I couldn’t be any happier knowing that my son is in the best care ever surrounded by actual caring and attentive to every need staff . We are so incredibly grateful to have found First Steps Academy. After a heartbreaking experience at another well known centre in the area that left us feeling anxious and let down especially as first time parents. From the very first day here, the difference was undeniable. The educators go above and beyond to make every child feel seen, safe, and valued. Our son has not only settled in beautifully but is thriving emotionally, socially, and developmentally. Every day we’re met with happy stories, creative learning activities, and a strong sense of community. The team communicates openly, respects our family’s needs, and treats each child like their own. I made the change for my 4 year old to first steps and he adjusted so quickly. Within 4 days of attending this wonderful pre school he has learnt to write his name. The staff and director are amazing all so calm and kind. So very clean always smells fresh when walking in. The environment is calming not like the normal chaos you would walk into. I highly recommend this place. Also the school program they have implemented at the centre is a 10/10 so it’s not all just play and games they are prepping our children for school in the best way possible with an amazing program. So glad I made the change over. Never been happier and my son loves it.

Absolutely love and trust first steps academy. I was very concerned with putting my child in day care, however My son loves attending and seeing Miss Bree. The amount of attention and care they provide daily, as well as the extra help for us parents! I highly recommend for piece of mind and comfort for bub to get your child attending this day care! Crystal and the team are the best you can get!

Fantastic center. In all honesty, my son has already advanced in knowing his letters, numbers and sounds. He currently goes to another school that’s prep. First step academy has taught him in a matter of weeks what the other school has tried for two terms. Definitely recommended. Ps. The teachers are very accommodating and lovely.
