It took us many tours to find the perfect centre for our daughter to go too and we are so glad we chose Guardian Ridgehaven. There are no tears at drop off but instead there are welcoming smiley staff. Thank you to the nursery staff at welcoming our daughter into the centre and giving us faith and trust that she is being well looked after. Naps, bottles, food etc are always clearly communicated to us at pick up. We also love the app Storypark for cute photo updates. The effort and care you put in is recognised. You have made my return back to work that tad bit easier knowing my daughter is being well cared for. Thank you to Tracey and the amazing nursery 1 staff!

We are "consistently" impressed with the exceptional customer service provided. After exploring various childcare centers (since I was still pregnant), we consistently find Guardian Ridgehaven to be superior in every aspect! May I just say that the exceptional tour and their warm welcome to the parents make them more special compared to other centres we visited. We are so happy with this childcare centre after our daughter’s first week. As parents, it’s never easy leaving your baby in someone else’s care, but the educators made the transition so comforting and reassuring. The staff are warm, attentive, and genuinely caring, and the environment feels safe, nurturing, and welcoming. We already feel confident that our baby is in good hands. May I add that the facility is very pretty! Thank you for making such a big milestone feel so positive.

Fantastic staff and carers! They have helped my son come out of his shell and be joyful again. He was bullied at his last childcare and was refusing to go, but now, every morning he is ready by the front door, excited for what the day holds ahead. Amazing childcare. Our little one loves going. We love the relationship he has with all the nursery staff. Is a beautiful set up and very welcoming. Management is amazing.

We had a wonderful visit from some young friends from Guardian Childcare Centre, Ridgehaven. We have had such a wonderful experience at Guardian Ridgehaven! The educators are warm, caring and genuinely invested in the children’s growth and happiness. From the engaging activities to the nurturing environment, it’s clear that they go above and beyond to make every child feel safe, supported and excited to learn. Communication with families is excellent and we always feel informed about our daughter’s day. The centre is so organised, clean and filled with so many learning opportunities. It’s reassuring to know she is in such great hands. She wakes up every day asking to go, and then is disappointed if it’s not her childcare day, which is a great sign of her happiness and comfortability.
