Very Disappointing Experience – Poor Customer Service

I am extremely disappointed with this childcare centre. They recorded more hours for my daughter than she actually attended, including days when she was not there at all. As a result, they charged me more money than they should have taken from my account.

Despite contacting them and requesting a refund, I have not received my money back. To make matters worse, they have not responded to my messages or attempts to contact them.

Even after my daughter stopped attending the childcare centre, they continued submitting claims and attempting to take money from Centrelink under her name. This is extremely concerning and completely unacceptable.

When it comes to recording attendance and charging parents or claiming payments from Centrelink, childcare centres should be accurate, honest, and responsible. If a mistake is made, it should be corrected promptly rather than ignored.

I am very unhappy with the way this situation has been handled, as well as the lack of communication, transparency, and accountability. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this childcare centre to other families.

Management is terrible!! All us parents have realised the workers have been creating their own 5 star google reviews. Staff are rude and under educated. Turned down enrollments for some of my friends saying the centre is ‘full’ yet there are only a couple of children per day. Horrible!!

The staff are so kind and genuinely care about the kids — it really feels like a second home. We’ve seen so much growth and happiness, and we’re truly grateful for the love and support they provide every day.
