Could not recommend Bay Explorers Deception Bay enough. From the moment you walk through the doors you instantly feel welcomed. The whole centre has such a warm and caring atmosphere and you can tell the educators genuinely love and care for the children. My daughter is in the nursery and Miss Tippy goes above and beyond for her every single day. She treats her like one of her own and it gives me so much comfort knowing my daughter is loved, nurtured and cared Honestly no matter what educator she is with, I never have to worry because I know she is in safe and caring hands. Miss Lauren always puts so much effort into the amazing events and experiences she organises for the children and families. You can really see the time and care that goes into everything she does. Miss Victoria is also amazing and always takes the time to do beautiful hairstyles for my daughter which is such a thoughtful little extra touch that means so much. Miss Danni is always so happy, positive and welcoming every single morning and it honestly starts your day off right walking into the centre. And not to forget Chef Raju, thank you for everything you do behind the scenes each day for all the children. One thing I also really appreciate is being greeted by the Director every morning and afternoon. It makes such a difference having someone so approachable and happy to answer any questions or have a chat. We are so grateful to be part of the Bay Explorers family.

Highly recommend Bay Explorers. The centre has improved significantly more since being under new management (Miss Keah). Consistent communication, daily updates and just feeling welcomed into the centre everyday for drop off. All staff go above & beyond. The time and preparation also into centre events (in particular Mothers Day Morning Tea 2026) is incredible and greatly appreciated.

My daughter is enrolled at Bay Explorers and I find the place awesome everything is tip top and I couldn't ask for a better service in childcare and child development.

My daughter absolutely loves it here! She’s made a great little group of friends & is excited to go back each day. Special shout out to chef, we are always impressed with the food the kids are eating & my daughter loves everything he makes. 😊 All the staff are fantastic, especially Miss Chloe & Miss Daphne.

We’ve had such a great experience with Bay Explorers! The team is warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in our son’s development. I have seen a great improvement with my son since starting at the center. Sarshar, Mr Alex, Ms Daphne, Ms Lauren and all the fabulous educators have been absolutely amazing, it’s been such a wonderful change. Since leaving a large ‘branded’ daycare, it’s been a whole new experience with Bay Explorers, where the environment feels both nurturing and engaging, and not ‘full on’. Our son now comes home happy, is incredibly confident, and full of stories! I couldn’t be happier with the care and support from the educators across the whole centre. Highly recommend Bay Explorers to any family looking for quality early childhood education, I really wish we found them earlier!

Bay explorers is a wonderful centre the staff are all very caring and friendly the centre is always clean fresh and modern with bright inviting colours my son has learned and grown so much here

I can't imagine a better place for our two children (2yo and 1yo). All the educators and staff are so friendly and take such good care of them, with lots of different activities, healthy meals and a focus on individual learning goals. The outdoor areas are awesome providing plenty of room to play and explore and learn. Lastly we are always grateful for the new skills they come with and language growth which I'm sure is due to the dedication of the awesome staff.

Alex has been amazing this year, honestly couldn’t be happier with him as my child’s teacher!
