A very clear pattern is emerging, my child comes back from daycare with little to no nap, then plays up the whole evening... A very clear pattern is emerging, my child comes back from daycare with little to no nap, then plays up the whole evening (only on the two days she attends daycare) this didn’t seem to happen much longer hen she was in the previous room. Coming home with a sore bum also which can only come from a lack of bum changes, she never has a sore bum with me or her mum. I’m tired of having the discussion around public holidays, when we are paying full rate for the 2 days a week we can afford to send our girl into nursery, we don’t expect to be told we have to pay for a day that the service is unavailable. The days wages should be accounted for within the rest of the days the centre is open for business. I wouldn’t pay for a taxi ride to then be told it won’t be coming, but tough. I feel like handovers are pretty lack lustre with staff changes on the weekly now which tells its own story. I was hoping to bump into the office manager this AM to have a chat/schedule a sit down but unfortunately there was no one on the front desk. It is a shame, Tall Trees started off as a great place for our little girl. Read more

Would NOT send my child there. Compare to his other child care not much activities or engagement. Found child left unattended... Would NOT send my child there. Compare to his other child care not much activities or engagement. Found child left unattended a couple of times. When highlighted to management concerns being brush off. Limited toys accessible for child to play. Educator aren't well equipped to handle children. Been told repeatedly cause they have too many children. Center not clean especially floor, child clothes always comes back v dirty as child was crawling around center. Even if child only way to move is crawling ,child never come home that dirty. They lost parts of my child bottles and mix it up with another child. My child comes back with different diaper then the one I have provided. Read more
