My daughter has been with the service since she was 9 months old! Due to a change of circumstance we took her out and put her in a center in a new area. Don’t waste your time on the big chain centres! Within 3 months we were back to our favourite family owned centre! The care and service you get here just doesn’t compare to anywhere else! You have the same consistent educators day in and day out who pour all of their time and energy into your child! It really is like having a big family! From Nursery all the way through to Kindy the educators are amazing! I couldn’t fault a single one! Reception and management are always happy and pleasant to speak with! Thank you so much for giving my daughter the best start to life, my family and I are truly so grateful and I know my daughter is too! WE WOULDN’T TRUST ANYONE ELSE!!!

I have been a part of KidsHQ for the last 5 years, my son started the care when he was only 3 months old, it was so hard for me to leave him being a first time parent but I it was the beat decision made, the educators love him so much and they provide with the most beautiful care and it makes me feel so safe and secure for him that he’s in the best care. I can never imagine any other place for my son.

Amazing staff. Had two children attend here for 5 years and never had any issues. My children absolutely love it here and the staff are always so welcoming!

We are relatively new to HQ but have had a great experience so far. Everyone is really friendly and the centre and super accommodating, my little one loves it 😊

I love Kids HQ very friendly staff and very helpful/supportive with my special needs son and to top it all off it has a cafe at the front when I need my coffee fix in the morning 😂

Amazing service and incredible programs! We’ve had such a positive experience the team is always welcoming, supportive, and truly goes above and beyond. The programs are engaging, well-organised, and created with so much thought and care. Highly recommend!
