Cindy cares for my little one as if she were her own. It truly lives up to the name “family daycare” as it is warm, nurturing, and home-like. My daughter used to be quite clingy and not used to being away from me, but it didn’t take long for her to feel completely at ease in Cindy’s care. Now, she looks forward to going every day and always comes home excited to share what she did. We’re so grateful to have found this place!

I am truly impressed with the Altona North Family Day Care service! Cindy is incredibly dedicated and caring person; she is always paying attention to every detail to ensure my child receives the best care. The environment is clean, safe, and very welcoming, creating a perfect balance for the kids to learn and play comfortably. I have 2 kids - 9yo and 5yo, both of them stayed with Cindy when they were young, and now Cindy is always their best choice for a short visit during school holidays. What I love the most is how they tailor educational programs to suit each age group, helping my child develop communication, thinking, and creativity skills. Additionally, they regularly update me about my child’s daily activities, which gives me great peace of mind. I highly recommend this service to anyone looking for a reliable and nurturing place for their children!

If I could give more star for this daycare I’d definitely rated for the highest as always. Putting my kid in Cindy’s daycare for more than 2 years now and I can’t trust anyone else apart from Cindy.

I can't speak highly enough of Altona North Family daycare service. My daughter has been coming here since she was 2 years old . It’s been almost 7 years now including after school care. The level of care and dedication provided by the Cindy’s is outstanding. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease, knowing my child was in good hands.
