Wonderful management. The current manager, Mel, has been at the centre for years and years - which speaks volumes nowadays. Staff retention overall... Wonderful management. My children have been attending Glen Iris Childcare and Kindergarten since 2020. I have found the centre to provide a positive, supportive environment. Staff retention is great, so the children are able to build solid rapport with the Educators, and in return the staff genuinely care about the children and parents, creating a nurturing atmosphere. We found it on word of mouth recommendation from other local mums, which is always a good sign. We found the centre to be efficiently run, the staff are all communicative, professional and friendly. I cannot recommend Glen Iris Childcare and Kindergarten enough. My two children have been going there since they were 5 months old and... I cannot recommend Glen Iris Childcare and Kindergarten enough. My two children have been going there since they were 5 months old and they absolutely love it. It is a safe and loving environment where they provide nutritional cooked meals and snacks daily and I feel their well being is always looked after. They have a smile on their face at drop off and pick up and the educators and are compliant with any requests I may have. Read more
