My daughter has been attending Ace Academy for over a year and she absolutely loves it. The staff are friendly and we always receive a warm welcome in the mornings and goodbyes in the afternoon. Its a very friendly and inclusive environment. Staff turnover is about the same as any other childcare centre and my daughter has had no issues with this. Communication between the centre and families is important to them as i receive lots of emails relating to many aspects of the centre. I always know whats happening there. I definatly recommend 👌

ACE is such an amazing centre in so many ways!! Everyday the educators are there with a smile and a welcoming presence. They always make sure the kids are safe and happy. The updates I receive throughout the day bring so much comfort to me as a mum. It is an extremely hygienic place and your child’s safety is priority which is so important to me. The food they supply is healthy and if anything changes on the menu you’re notified immediately. They encourage lots of different sorts of play and learning. From my kids first day they were made to feel loved and accepted and I can’t speak more highly of Renee for making sure everything is running properly each day. ACE isn’t just a child care it’s a second home for our family and my kids wake up asking to go everyday

We’ve had such a positive experience with this daycare. The communication from the educators has been outstanding — I’m always kept in the loop about how my son is going, both the wins and the tricky moments. It makes such a difference as a parent to feel informed and included. What has really stood out is how supportive they’ve been in helping him with escalation strategies. Instead of just managing behaviours, they’ve taken the time to understand him, guide him, and teach him practical tools to regulate when he feels overwhelmed. You can see the care and patience in the way they approach him. It truly feels like a team effort, and I’m so grateful for the genuine support they provide our family. Highly recommend.

We have had such a positive experience with this daycare, especially within the management team and my child’s educators. They have been incredibly caring, patient, and attentive. My child is always made to feel supported, included and comfortable, the team does a wonderful job of adapting their care to suit his needs in a natural and thoughtful way and are always happy to answer any questions or concerns with total transparency. I am so grateful for the care they provide. I would highly recommend this daycare to any family looking for a supportive and nurturing environment.

What unfortunately started as a positive joinery at ace academy steadily spiralled as staff began to turn over more frequently and issues became more and more apparent. We went from getting comprehensive stories that included links to the kindy framework, to those such as the image below. The third lead educator for the year in my son's room could not spell his 5 letter common name, another new staff member threw away his medication (supposedly out of date) but did not communicate this with anyone, and to top it off sadly at his kindy graduation his dietary needs were not considered and I had a sad boy watching all his friends eating celebratory cake. In our year there, there has not been a single incursion or excursion, despite even offering to arrange for a paramedic friend to bring an ambulance by. This latest change of staff was our last straw with the centre, however I do want to say there is a handful of core staff who were there the whole year who were fantastic, but we're not my children's educators.

The staff at Day One Morayfeild are 10/10. The team go above and beyond for the children. We have 2 children attending and they have absolutely blossomed since starting in 2022. Our children are constantly challenging themselves in many aspects. Meals are provided by the centre and I am shocked that my fussy eaters are enjoying the prepared meals even asking for extra of some meals. The staff have created such a warm and welcoming environment for the children and their families. The diversity of learning experiences is a delight to see as the children learn and understand about different cultures and the importance or acceptance and inclusion. I would absolutely recommend Day One Morayfeild to anyone looking for care in the community!

Day One Early Learning is a great centre. I have 2 daughter's attending and they absolutely love going so much that they ask to go on weekends. The educators are amazing and provide a warm caring environment for the children.

This childcare is amazing, 100% trust worthy to highest level, well run and they all have their best interests for every kid that comes through their doors. Everyone of the staff are absolutely amazing, friendly and have been so understanding and flexible with all of my kids I have three children that attend Dayone Early learning, one in nursery one in toddlers and the other in kindy getting read to go to school and all three of my kid absolutely love going there and love their careers/teachers. So I would 100% with full confidence recommend this wonderful centre to anyone. Thank you all at Dayone Early learning.
