5 Stars After moving from Brunswick to Seaholme with our three-year-old, we feel so lucky to have found Altona Early Education Centre. Run by the warm and dedicated Azzopardi family, this centre is everything you’d hope for — nurturing, professional, and truly community-focused. Grace brings a rare mix of experience as a psychologist, teacher, and mum of four. Her husband Tom and the incredible Centre Director, Sarah, go above and beyond to create a space where children — and educators — thrive. Our child comes home happy and engaged every day, and we’re genuinely excited about their new preschool and City Farm Kinder programs. A beautiful, family-run gem in the heart of Altona. Couldn’t recommend more!

After doing research I found this has the best kindergarten program.the beach and farm kinder are really educational

My daughter attended AEEC for 2 years, coming from another centre that just wasn’t right for her. I toured countless centres and this one stood out like a shining light. She had the most wonderful experience and they prepared her beautifully for school of which she’s finished her first year and has thrived. Now my 1 year old attends in her footsteps and we couldn’t be happier. The educators are all personable, caring and treat him as I would. He has an allergy and the manager and team have put me completely at ease and supported us on the journey of starting day care. We’re so lucky to have found this centre

My son started attending Altona Early Education centre when he was 1 all the way up until he started Prep. He walked in shy & nervous, with separation anxiety, but soon grew into a confident, sociable, outgoing boy who didn’t stop talking – even now – with the help of the amazing team there who cared for him. AEEC have provided me comfort & peace of mind while I'm away from my kids by knowing they are entertained, loved and safe. Our daughter now attends there too and loves it just as much! It is a place of warmth with genuine, caring educators. As soon as you walk through the door, you are greeted with a smile, no matter who the educator may be. I am so grateful for this wonderful team!

Centre is very clean and children hardly ever get sick, staff and the owner are extremely fussy.

The best childcare / kinda centre in the west . I have had my boys there for about 2 years now couldn’t be happier with the level of care and education they have provided it is on a top level . I Highly recommend .

Absolutely lovely facility. Everyone at the daycare is very caring and understanding of the kids needs. Lots of activities organised for kids including excursions and incursions. They have ample room for kids to play and best in class facilities inside the building. There is ample parking space for drop off and pick up. The staff is brilliant.
