We are extremely disappointed with our experience at Aspire Manor Lake Child Care. Our son attended only a 2-day trial, after which it was clear he was not comfortable, so we decided to stop his enrolment. Despite his non-attendance, payments continued, which we did not initially dispute. However, after I lost my wallet and had to block my card, I informed the manager about the situation and explained that I would provide new card details soon. Following this, there was a noticeable change in attitude. The communication became unprofessional and disrespectful. Most concerning was a phone call made to my wife, where the manager spoke in a rude and inappropriate manner. We also felt judged based on our appearance during previous visits, which is completely unacceptable in a professional childcare environment. Threatening to involve a debt collector over a minor amount of $50 was unnecessary and caused distress to our family. This experience has left us feeling disrespected and unwelcome. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this centre.

Manor Lakes Aspire is one of the best childcare centres we have enrolled our son in. He loves going there, and since starting he has developed many new skills and become much more confident. We always feel comfortable and happy bringing him each day. A special thank you to Charu and the whole team for all the wonderful work, care, and support they provide.

The educators here are great , they’re very kind and compassionate , I would highly recommend them.

First of all, i want to thanks everyone for their hard work and professionalism towards our kids. Teachers are really nice and caring. I can see the progress in my child. He used to be really shy and afraid to go to the centre. Now, he very confident and happy. Special Thanks to Charru and Syed.

Great staff. We are always glad to be updated even while at work through the app that our child is tracking well. Have heard from my partner that Charu, Afsan, Ramya, Raman and Preeti take utmost care while attending to children. Also was good to know about info sessions from Syed.

Cannot express how wonderful all the staff are here at Aspire Manor lakes. Thank you to Miss Raman in room 1 who is the lead educator, for all your dedication and hard work. You and all the staff are truly amazing and we appreciate you all. And love that our baby comes in with big smiles. Highly recommended!

My lil one goes to Aspire Ballan rd campus.She is well taken care by educators and has been supported in settling down with her separation anxiety. I want to specially thank Raman for being kind and caring. Merry Christmas and Happy new year to the staff!
