We are so thankful for the entire team and management at Siblings. From the educators to the management, everyone shows genuine care, dedication, and warmth every day. Our little boy has thrived in such a nurturing environment, and it gives us great peace of mind knowing he is supported, happy, and encouraged to learn and grow. Sadly disappointed in this day care. Some beautiful staff but an unhelpful and very unprofessional manager and higher up - did not care for the kids needs nor listening to any feedback. Rare replies to simple requests and queries. Great chef has left. Communication bad- day before or morning of updates about theme days. Centre only care about numbers and not quality and safety. It is a shame. I would not send my child here. I have never written a bad review in my life but parents need to know the truth. I note all the other reviews are from a review blitz they did a year ago. Very suprised to hear that some people have had a good experience as many parents i spoke to were experiencing yhe same frustrations and lack of care.

All the staff are extremely kind. The children are so well known by educators and they continually work towards the child’s goals. They make my daughter feel so cared for!

Best daycare our kids have been to. From the 3 pets in the Kindy room, constant guests to the centre to entertain and teach the kids and the smells of the tasty food wafting throughout the centre at drop off. We couldn't be happier with our decision to move to Siblings. The staff are all great and our kids are very happy there.

From our first experience with Christie, the Service Manager, it has been nothing but welcoming and wonderful at Siblings Childcare Geebung. Our son has a life-limiting condition, so enrolling him in daycare was not an easy decision. However, the team reassured us that he would receive the utmost care and attention. The educators were diligent in giving our son his necessary medication, and the daily communication was comprehensive. The staff are all very friendly and warm, with a special mention to Miss Karla’s cooking - she took our son from eating almost nothing to enjoying her fish curry and other delicious meals. Ziggy very much enjoyed his time in Junior Kindy 1, and we are saddened that his illness means he can no longer be in community care. In his short time at Siblings, Ziggy’s confidence grew, and his language expanded beyond our expectations. He even picked up handy habits like sweeping up! He made some very special bonds, particularly with the educators in his room, and still fondly mentions his ‘Cha Cha’ and ‘Risha’. I am so grateful for his experience at Siblings Childcare Geebung and look forward to dropping in for social visits.
