I was satisfied with the care provided to an extent. Most of the staff who looked after the kids were friendly. I wasn't happy that even though there were paint smocks, they were never put on the kids, so my daughter's clothes would be covered in paint whenever the kids did art. I also couldn't understand why her hands and face couldn't be cleaned before I picked her up. I met the owners once and I wasn't impressed. It is the owners that I have a major complaint about. Although my daughter finished in December last year and her enrolment was formally ended in January, Live & Learn continued to take direct debits from my account after this for about six weeks. Since then I have been waiting for them to reimburse me the $700 they owe. I have contacted them a number of times and each time was told I would be paid. I'm still waiting. Do not trust the owners.
