Great service. Never had a complaint with either of my kid. The care for kids is Top-notch.Monash will always have a special place in my heart 💜 I sincerely wish nothing but the best for the Centre.

Monash Preschool is the best decision I have made for my daughter. The only reason I was carefree at work was only beacuse I knew my daughter was in the safest hands. I cant thank the entire Monash team enough for the care, dedication and efforts everyone puts in to give the best possible support for the children.

As a first-time parent returning to work when my baby was just 7 months old, I was incredibly hesitant. But the moment we took the tour, we knew this was the right place and they never once disappointed us. We watched our little one grow from commando-crawling to crawling, walking, running, dancing, and even picking up yoga and meditation - all in the warmest, most nurturing environment we could have asked for. The educators are exceptional: patient, caring, and genuinely invested in each child’s growth. What truly sets this center apart is how far they go - not only in fostering each child’s independence, but also in supporting parents. The guidance and advice I received were invaluable - things I simply wouldn’t have known on my own. They didn’t just help our child grow; they helped me grow as a parent too. Beyond the childcare, I’ve made some of the closest friendships of my life through this community - friendships I will cherish forever. To every educator who has been part of our journey, thank you from the bottom of my heart. You truly are the best. Unfortunately, we had to say goodbye as we relocated abroad, but I highly recommend this center.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We are extremely happy with the care and support provided by Monash Child Care. The educators are warm, caring, and genuinely dedicated to the children’s development. They create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where kids feel comfortable and excited to learn every day. The centre maintains high standards of hygiene and safety, and the daily activities are well-planned to support both learning and creativity. We’ve noticed great improvement in our child’s confidence, communication skills, and social interaction since joining. Communication with parents is excellent — the staff regularly update us about our child’s progress and activities, which gives us great peace of mind. Highly recommend Monash Child Care to any parent looking for a trustworthy and supportive childcare centre

My child attended here for a year and never had I got to worry about him. Such a good care and consideration given to children of all backgrounds and good values being taught.

After a very difficult experience at our first childcare centre, we were understandably anxious about leaving our twins again and whether they would ever feel comfortable in care. From the moment we joined this preschool, those fears quickly disappeared. The experience has been nothing short of amazing for all three of our daughters. The staff are genuinely caring, patient, and attentive, and they made every effort to ensure each of our girls felt safe, supported, and happy. They were always accommodating to individual needs and communicated with us openly and thoughtfully, which gave us complete peace of mind. We were especially impressed with the learning and development our children experienced here. Our eldest daughter, who is starting school next year, began reading while in their care, which speaks volumes about the dedication and quality of the educators and their program. Unfortunately, we had to cut our time here short due to illness with one of our children, but this was not a reflection of the centre in any way. As soon as she is well enough, we will most certainly be back without hesitation. We cannot recommend this preschool highly enough. It has been a truly positive and nurturing environment for our family, and we are incredibly grateful to the entire team.

4+ years of wonderful care and support Our child has been attending this centre for almost four years, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the care, love, and learning they’ve received. The educators here are truly exceptional patient, nurturing, and genuinely invested in each child’s growth. We’ve watched our little one grow into a confident, curious, and independent child. The communication has always been clear, the environment is warm and safe, and the activities are thoughtfully planned to support development and creativity. A special thank you to all the educators who have supported our child since day one. You’ve been such an important part of our family’s journey, and we are so thankful for everything you’ve done. Highly recommend this centre to any parent looking for a caring, committed, and enriching daycare experience.
