We've been really happy with our experience. The educators have been amazing and genuinely care about the children. Our child has settled in really well and is always happy at pick-up. Communication has been clear and consistent, which gives us peace of mind. We would happily recommend this centre to anyone looking for care.

My child has been attending mount druitt for the last 6 months. The care provided by the educators has been amazing. Toni, Mel, Georgia, Tenea, Ella and Jaz have been so welcoming caring and providing support to my family! Honestly cant thank you enough!

The staff are all incredibly friendly and supportive. It’s obvious that for the educators it’s not just a job, they really do care for the kids and this is their passion. My baby loves the educators and her time here. I feel reassured and safe to leave my baby in their care.

Honestly i can't recommend this daycare enough! As a parent we get weary putting our kids into the care of others and thats understandable but the educators and directors have made the transition such an amazing experience for our little one, she started off in the nursery and has now moved up a room and couldnt fault the educators in both rooms. I've seen how much my daughter thrives in the environment and how much she's developed with her socialisation and speech being around other little ones her age. The love, care and attention they provide for the little ones goes above and beyond! I've gone to other daycares to get a tour and nothing compares to Thrive Mt Druitt. Always reccomend this place to all mothers I come across that are thinking of putting their little ones into school. The communication from the educators and directors is fantastic and the attention to detail regarding the little ones is amazing. Again, couldn't reccomend this place enough to parents that want to enroll their little ones into daycare/preschool! To the parents and carers that may be weary about certain things or situations, please speak up to the staff like I have and they will communicate with you regarding the sitution and will try their hardest to figure out how to work with certain issues your children may face. From the very beginning of our time at thrive I have found all the staff to be so thoughtful, loving and caring of my child. The teachers in the nursery provide clear communication regarding my children and always update me should anything happen throughout the day. I have recently enrolled my 3 month old and cannot fault the management Toni has made the process so easy and always happy to answer any questions and very understanding when it came time to enrol. It’s hard enough leaving your kids in others care but so much easier when the Center are so supportive like the staff at thrive in Mt Druitt

Staff are approachable and welcoming. They communicate really well and are great at working with us to see my delayed child succeed. I’m really happy with the level of care and support we receive.

Went here for Explore and play and it was amazing. Everyone is understanding and so helpful!

Thrive Early Learning Centre is a great centre where all children are included and cared for. I have friends and family who attend the centre, I wouldn't recommend anywhere else. The children love going to school, they love their teachers and their friends. They always talk about the fun activities they do every day. The centre always run fun inclusive events for the children , families and community.

Would not recommend this daycare if your child/ren have behaviour issues I explain to them what my two boys are like they continue to proceed to orientation day not being there for hour put on brave face all sweet and nice to your face then they tried to call me I missed it so I called back Ben couldn’t even speak or mention that my two were decline I said it for him so unprofessional unless your child/ren are mainstream I wouldn’t bother they waste your time doing paperwork I also mention my boys have support and everything

If your child has any challenging behaviours or requires additional support in settling, I wouldn’t recommend bringing them here. If your child is perfect then maybe it is more suitable. Although the centre is clean & some of the educators are so so lovely, I was left to feel very targeted and unsupported as a parent as they expressed that staff were feeling scared to come to work because of my little boy. The level of supervision is questionable as lack of intervention in interactive play amongst peers is what would lead to heightened behaviours. Therapists that worked alongside my little boy have also shared that it is a bit chaotic and the routines aren’t great. We decided to end enrolment as they just didn’t want him there and kept sending him homes due to “heightened behaviours”. My son missed school photos, afternoon teas, and school events because they would call as early as 11am to pick him up. My son isn’t a psychotic or violent boy. But they made me feel that way. Again, reconsider this daycare if your child requires more one on one support.
