Currently concerned with the high turn over ratio with staff, especially managers. There has been 3 managers and 3 room leaders leaving since the short time our child has been attending and it begs us to question whether it is due to higher management's lack of experience in retaining staff or if it is due to the lack of ability to manage the centre. Hoping to edit my review in the future when there is consistency and retention of great staff. The most concerning is the transparency to parents. There are no announcements or emails regarding departures from the centre or management end up not allowing departure announcements which leaves parents confused when we have to find out weeks later of staffing changes. Seems there is a disconnect between families being priority and management’s care for educators. Very disappointing as we were told at orientation that the centre is family owned and that they care deeply for families. From observation it’s clear they care more about money and avoiding following regulations. If the family who own Hilltop see this, please invest in good management, without good management you will lose staff quickly and families too. Edit: Recent development from the App reveals that they terminated and rehired staff who were fired originally due to performance issues yet state that they are working towards high quality care? Seems many staff are leaving so they are scrambling to hire any educator regardless of their past performances and terminations. I would avoid if possible. What is most disrespectful is they are making educators under 2IC do all the management damage control. An educator being 2IC can be given to any educator with a Diploma +, as National Quality Framework got rid of the "Supervisor certificate" requirements under National Law on 1st October 2017. While educators are just doing their job in relaying management messages, I would implore them to ask if they would continue lying for management if their child attended the centre? 19/4/26 - They have deleted the post containing communication between parents and concerns regarding reemploying a previous staff member who was terminated due to performance issues. The covering up of these concerns is not okay, extreme lack of transparency.

My child has been attending this center since it first opened, and I couldn’t be happier. The center is always so clean, and I love that whenever I walk into the rooms, everything feels calm and settled. The management team is amazing, and the staff are incredibly caring and supportive. My son enjoys his time there so much that he sometimes cries when I come to pick him up which really shows how comfortable and happy he feels. I’m very happy with this center and would highly recommend it to every family looking for a safe and nurturing environment for their child.

My partner and I were extremely disappointed last Thursday when our daughter was the only student who didn't receive a certificate. This was a significant moment for both students and parents, and it was upsetting that our daughter was left out. Terrible!!

A huge thank you to the preschool teachers, especially Miss Annie. My daughter has had such a great time here. The teachers are so supportive and friendly, and the program really helped get her ready for school. We're especially grateful for the lovely graduation ceremony. We appreciate everything you've done for our girl.
