Staff are so lovely; my child bonded with them immediately. Lots of water and creative play

Both of our children attend DSCC. Fantastic educators, great environment. They are caring, attentive and create a fun and engaging atmosphere.

My children have been attending here for the past 7 years. It is a wonderful childcare centre that runs as a co-op, so it’s made up of a great cohort of families who care deeply about the community, but most importantly, the kids and the educators who are so caring and engaged. Would recommend the centre to anyone.

Both our children have attended Dawson St since babies and we have been so happy with the care they've received. Their focus on child-led enquiry and wellbeing has been so wonderful for them and us! The Dawson St staff are like family and they have built such a strong and wonderful community. We are really thankful that this is the centre we chose all those years ago!

My children have been well cared for, they love seeing their educators and friends, and look forward to coming every day. DSCC provides many fun and engaging programs, and most importantly, my children are cared for beautifully.

We started our kid at 10 months old in the Gumnut room. They have a seperate sleeping room for the babies which was really great. The staff are all amazing and even though there were tears for drop off for a couple of weeks, our babe soon bonded with them and would crawl /walk/ run to them for a cuddle on arrival. There was a little bit of staff turn over when we first started but that settled a lot and there hasn’t been a farewell for a long time. All staff (admin, carers, chef) smile and say hello to our little one by name as we walk in. Very happy at Dawson st. We have graduated to Wattle room and know we will stay until school starts. The not for profit nature of the daycare is a huge bonus and was the main reason we chose it. It’s a way different feel and we are so happy to have a spot there. They do awesome activities. Our babe has met a cow, been in an ambulance, been to Temple Park a bunch.

We've put both our girls through Dawson Street. We have been consistently thrilled by the level of care and attention to detail the leadership and educators give all the kids. The lengths they go to in order to make sure every child, and their family, is included is incredible. They are an extraordinary support for the working families of the community. Couldn't recommend Dawson Street more highly.

My children have attended other childcare centres and this has been far and away the best experience for them (and also for us as a whole family). Great community, great staff, and a wonderful child-centric approach for childcare and integrated kinder.
