This centre is an absolute gem. From the moment you walk in, you can feel the warmth and care radiating from the staff. The management and team are incredibly respectful, nurturing, and genuinely attentive to the children’s needs—right down to the smallest details. What sets this place apart is the leadership of the director, Tina. I have never encountered a director so deeply involved and loved by the children. She is hands-on in every aspect—changing nappies, patting little ones to sleep, cleaning up after meals, and always being present with a smile. She leads by example, and her genuine care shows in everything she does. The children adore her, and it’s easy to see why. This is not just a childcare centre—it’s a caring community where every child is treated with love and respect. I can’t recommend it highly enough.

Uniting White Dove Early Learning Condell Park is a trusted early learning centre supporting local families for more than 30 years. Established in 1989, our long day care is located on Darug land in the heart of Condell Park and provides high‑quality education and care for children from birth to 5 years.
A welcoming, inclusive learning community
Our experienced educators create a safe, nurturing and inclusive environment where children and families feel welcome. Many of our educators have been with us for years, forming strong, consistent relationships with children and supporting their sense of belonging. We celebrate the cultural diversity of our community and enjoy regular local excursions that help children connect with the world around them.

We offer age‑appropriate programs for babies, toddlers and preschoolers, designed to support each child’s communication, physical, social and emotional development. Through a balance of open‑ended play and structured learning experiences, including language programs, children are encouraged to explore, create and build independence.

Our stimulating indoor and natural outdoor play spaces inspire creativity and curiosity, from exploring books in our library to caring for our vegetable patch or riding bikes on our track.
