We have had our daughter here for the past 2 years and absolutely love BNHC, such a caring and homely centre. She adores all pf the educators and Mia and the team are always so welcoming and communicative. The multi-age small group model has also been a great way to ease our daughter into child care. Can’t recommended them enough!

We secured 18 Garden Street, Brunswick on short notice upon realizing that our initial plan to host a birthday party at the park would be impractical due to the weather. The process proceeded seamlessly. The website provided comprehensive information and images of the space. Mia promptly responded to my inquiry amidst unsuccessful attempts to reach other neighborhood houses in the area, and Mia'sdemeanor was exemplary. Following a swift calendar check to make sure the space was free, I was graciously offered the opportunity to tour the premises before finalizing the booking, which was a straightforward process. And let me tell you, the space didn't disappoint. Loads of toys inside for the little ones, and outside, there's a whole play area with a cubby house, slide, and climbing frame for the energetic kiddos. Having a kitchen and bathrooms on-site was a game-changer for our party setup. Plus, they had tables and chairs all set up for both kids and adults – major bonus! We thoroughly enjoyed our experience at the venue and enthusiastically endorse it to others seeking a similar space. Thank you Mia and the team for all your help!

My daughter attended Garden Street Occasional Childcare (as part of Brunswick Neighbourhood house) since she was 1.5 yo, and we absolutely loved it there. The educators are fantastic, helped us ease transition into childcare, and formed a great bond. She would come home talking about her favourite educators non-stop. We also really loved the multi-age model and that it's a small number of children. Highly recommend

My daughter attended Garden Street Childcare for nearly two years and it was by far the best experience for her and for us. The carers were very loving and arranged all these very fun activities for kids. Mia and Olga in reception were super friendly and helpful. Overall a very good experience. Will definitely recommend.

I highly recommend Garden Street for your child and family. This is our third child to go through childcare and this is hands down the very best introduction any of them have had to childcare. The carers are so genuinely caring, patient and respectful. They meet your child where they are at with their development and genuinely understand every child is different and respect them as individuals. Our child is very shy and nervous in new settings post covid and the beautiful carers have supported her development and she loves coming. Staff are also very good at trying their best to manage the spread of viruses etc and we felt they have good safety protocols in place which were always adhered to. This is very appreciated by our immune compromised family. Thank you beautiful carers.

My daughter absolutely loved her time at Garden Street Occasional Childcare. The educators were all fantastic, and I loved the atmosphere. It felt like leaving my daughter with family and I never worried if she would be looked after or if she way happy.

Garden Street Occasional Childcare is Brunswick's best kept secret. We were referred by friends who had sent three of their children to the childcare. We have now sent our two children to this childcare and the entire team has provided the most welcoming, safe, caring and kind space that we could ever have wished for our children to go to.
