I’m very disappointed with the way I was treated during my recent visit to Kellyville Pre-School & Long Daycare.

We are a local small business that provides soccer programs for children, and we regularly drop off flyers to local childcare centres. During my visit, I noticed that our flyers from the previous three terms had been kept inside drawers rather than in a visible area where parents could see them.

I politely asked if our current flyers could be placed somewhere more visible for families. Unfortunately, the response I received was extremely rude and dismissive. I was told, “It’s my office, I will keep them wherever I want. If you have a problem, take your flyers and go away.” The conversation ended with the door being banged shut in front of me.

I completely understand that a centre has its own policies regarding promotional material, and I would have respected a simple “no” or a request not to leave the flyers. However, I believe local businesses and community members should be treated with basic courtesy and professionalism.

I hope management takes this feedback seriously, as the way visitors and local businesses are spoken to reflects on the overall impression of the centre.

Gteat work Cindy and the team at Kellyville Ridge Pre-School and Long Day Care, they are keenly attentive and supportive of children and their families!

absolutely terrible wifi and should be cleaned up for better presentation to society. the internet issue must be fixed asap for the local residents.

감사해요..^^ A truly warm and family-oriented environment where all the teachers genuinely care for each child so thoughtfully. They really take the time to understand each child’s unique personality and needs, and create such a fun and supportive experience for them. My child always comes home happy and excited after spending time there. We are so grateful for the love and care from all the educators. Thank you so much. 😊
