We have had a truly wonderful experience at Kellyville Ridge Pre-School and Long Day Care, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. My daughter Z attended this centre before moving on to kindergarten at a different school, and the care, understanding, and dedication she received made such a positive and lasting impact on her transition to school life. A very special thank you to Cindy in admin, who went above and beyond to support my daughter and our family. Cindy was incredibly helpful, organised, and caring, especially in ensuring everything was in place to prepare my daughter for kindergarten. Her support made the entire process so much smoother and less stressful for us as parents. I would also like to sincerely thank Jasmin, Mandeep, Sookt, and the entire team for their kindness, patience, and genuine care. I am especially grateful to the staff in the Purple and Blue rooms for their flexibility, understanding, and compassion in allowing my daughter to stay in those rooms when the Green room became overwhelming for her. This thoughtful support made a huge difference to her comfort, confidence, and emotional wellbeing. The educators consistently create a nurturing, inclusive, and supportive environment where children feel safe, valued, and understood. We are incredibly grateful for the care and respect shown to our daughter during such an important stage of her development. Huge shoutout to the team at KVRPSLDC! They’ve been great with my son’s development, they don't just 'babysit,' they actually focus on his learning and growth. What I love most is that they really listen to us as parents, they’ve been so helpful with his specific needs and always make sure they’re on the same page as us. The teachers are absolute stars and you can tell they genuinely care about the kids. Plus, the place is always neat and the updates we get are super helpful. Highly recommend them!

I have had a wonderful experience with Kellyville Ridge Pre School and Long Day Care centre and couldn’t be happier with the education and care provided. It gives me and my other 'parent' friends comfort the kids are in capable hands. The educators across are kind, patient, and genuinely invested in every child's wellbeing and development. They create a safe, nurturing environment where children feel comfortable, supported, and excited to learn. The EOY and Christmas celebrations are their highlight with graduation ceremonies stealing the show. Communication has always been clear and consistent, we get regular app notifications. Collectively, we much appreciate the regular updates and feedback about the child’s progress and daily activities. The curriculum, educational programs and activities are engaging, age-appropriate, and thoughtfully planned to encourage learning, creativity, and social skills. We feel confident knowing they are in such capable and caring hands of Cindy. Highly recommend this centre to any family looking for quality childcare in the western suburbs.

Cindy and her team have been amazing with my daughter. They’ve gone above and beyond and are a great centre. The support of families from the centre has been outstanding and I am so happy with how they’ve treated us throughout the whole time my daughter has been there.
