But knowing that the staff at Little Gems Condell Park have all been working there for many many years it is abundantly clear that they have excellent management , good rapport with parents and are highly experienced in the care of our little ones. I cannot fault them at all and leaving my child with them feels me with ease as I am a working mum. My child is always excited to go in and continues to thrive emotionally, mentally and physically. Specially, Teacher Emma is one of the best teacher and mentor in this world. She is a great down to earth lady with heaps of knowledge and how to help a children through his early phase of life. Furthermore, Miss kristina, Jessica, Talia and Selena they all are very hardworking and diligent who are not only highly qualified, but also well experienced.

I have my 2 daughters enrolled in this daycare and am extremely fussy when it comes to leaving my children in the care of others.
This is my third child care that I have experienced and my only regret is not having chosen this early learning center to begin with!
The staff are amazingly passionate and caring towards the children they care for and hold a lot of pride in their work, and it shows! The pre-school program is excellent. My children are flourishing personally and on an educational level too thanks to Germaine and her staff.
I have moved out of area and travel 45 mins- 1 hour in order to continue taking my children to this quality child-care/pre-school.
I can not rate them enough!
