My niece is really enjoying her time at Journey. My sister is always talking about how fantastic Jagroop has been with her. It makes me so happy knowing she has a place where she feels comfortable, enjoys herself, and is so well cared for.

My daughter absolutely loves this place! As a mum who was very anxious about sending her daughter to childcare, and was considering a nanny instead, I’m so thrilled we ended up giving Journey a go after being recommended by a fellow anxious mumma. My daughter is currently in nursery 1 and just loves all her educators, so much so I think she prefers to be at care than at home. And I’m always amazed when we walk past the other rooms the educators there know my daughters name too. It feels very personal to me. We couldn’t be happier with my daughters experience at Nursery 1. From the very beginning, the educators have been so warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. It’s clear how much love and effort they put into creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for the children. Loresa has settled in beautifully and is always happy and comfortable when she’s there, which gives us so much peace of mind as parents. We’re so grateful to the team for the care and support they provide every day.

This 2-star rating reflects the management, not the educators, who are doing a great job. If your child is unfortunately placed in the same room as a child with special behavioural needs, your child may suffer. Parents are not clearly informed whether the centre has adequate funding, support staff, or effective strategies in place to properly manage these situations. Instead, what we are repeatedly told is that “staff are working very hard” and that incidents happen too quickly and are unpredictable. Unfortunately, this does not provide reassurance or demonstrate that there is a proper system to protect other children. I believe all children deserve to feel safe and supported at childcare, and parents deserve transparency and clear communication — which is currently lacking from management

It's a beautiful centre , with so much for the children to do . The educators are fantastic and make leaving when your child is having a moment so much easier . I love that we are updated everyday what our child is up to when they ate lunch snacks etc so I know exactly what my child has had for the day .

Both my little boys attend and absolutely love it. The teachers are incredibly caring and genuinely passionate about working with children. I’m especially impressed with the variety of daily activities provided. they are fun, educational, and thoughtfully planned. My kids have learned so much since joining, and I can see their confidence and skills growing every day. Highly recommend this centre to any parent looking for a safe, nurturing, and inspiring environment for their children.

Very lovely stuff

Journey Early Learning has been such a special part of our family’s life. We’ve been with the centre since the day it opened and have experienced four wonderful years filled with care, love, and joy. Every educator we’ve met brought such warmth, kindness, and intention into each day. Our children weren’t just looked after, they were genuinely cherished. We’ve always felt welcomed, supported, and reassured, knowing our little ones were growing in an environment so full of heart.
