Our family has been part of Heathdene for so many years now. All three of my kids have gone through the centre, from when my son first started almost a decade ago to our youngest finishing up recently. Looking back, the changes and improvements they’ve made over the years have been incredible. The whole place feels warm, inviting, and so thoughtfully set up for the kids. But what I’ve always loved most is the staff. Every educator we’ve had has been so caring and patient, and you can really tell they love what they do. The centre runs so smoothly, and there’s such a calm and positive vibe every time you walk in. Each of my kids has grown so much in confidence and independence during their time at Heathdene. It’s been a really special part of their early years, and we’re genuinely so grateful for everything the team has done for our family. I absolutely recommend Heathdene. It’s a beautiful community, and we’ve been so lucky to be a part of it.

Heathdene preschool is simply incredible! The educators and all staff go above and beyond to create a safe, caring and nurturing space for students to grow, learn and develop friendships. Our son has had an amazing two years at Heathdene and we are beyond grateful that he was able to be a part of the wonderful community.

Kathleen and The Team are highly skilled, warm, supportive, and deeply committed to helping every child grow with confidence. The learning environment is beautiful, engaging, and thoughtfully designed to spark curiosity. Our daughter is always excited for her days at Preschool, and we’ve seen her thrive socially and academically thanks to the nurturing guidance she receives. I can not put into words how truly wonderful this preschool is. The staff are angels in disguise, each and every one of them go beyond with their kindness, care, and true understanding of each child is beyond expectation. They go above and beyond to create a safe, supportive, and stimulating environment that fosters growth, creativity, and joy. They always engaged and take the time to get to know each individual child, their passions, their strengths and weaknesses and works closely with the families and children to provide the best care and development plan for the individual child. I am always amazed by the level of calmness when I walk in for drop off and collection too. Under the exceptional guidance of Kathleen as director, this preschool exceeds all expectations. We always find the staff very friendly and approachable. We're forever grateful to have found this amazing preschool for our child, and we feel so lucky to be part of this amazing community. Our son has just finished his first year at heathdene and there are no words to describe our gratitude. The teachers are phenomenal. Kathleen, the director is approachable, kind, empathetic and loved by staff, families and children alike. We were so nervous to send our son to a care situation having never before needed to and he was loved on and supported and cared for in a way we never expected. The preschool is beautiful. Aesthetically pleasing, child friendly and focused and emphasises a love of nature, the bush and respect for First Nations peoples. We are so grateful that his first experience with structured learning is in such a wonderful place and look forward to returning next year!
